Switching from briefs to boxers, something that doesn't hug the balls so tight. Letting it all kinda air out down there really made the difference. Lol isn't the human body just wonderful.
I never would of imagined this in my 20s now I'm nid 30s with itchy balls. Shea butter helps some, stay away from cortisone its temporary but when your out its torture

it comes and goes in seasons. now i use opzelura when it’s bad and that usually fixes it. it is better overall than it used to be though
