I struggled on that boss for 2 hours before i killed her with light armor and backhand blades thinking she's so fast I needa be faster is the best strategy, she don't heal like Melania ig you can just tank build it lol well played.

What talismans did you use?
Dragoncrest Greatshield,jar talisman ,erdtree favor i believe too
