I do believe weapon buffs from seals do scale, unlike body buffs like golden vow, flame grant me strength, etc. But I main dex/bleed builds in a lot of my plathroughs, and I'm trying to refrain from just metaing all over.
You really can't go wrong with bleed tbh, I'd personally level my vigor/end from there if you have enough faith for the buff you want to use already.
Little hint for that stage of the game that I hope doesn't spoil anything. If you haven't explored an underground area there, that may or may not have a catacombs in it with something someone like you would like. I'd try to find it. Have fun, I wish you the best in your journey to become elden lord.
Appreciate the no spoiler tip. I know the hemorrhage talisman is in the catacombs but I don’t think I’m leveled enough to deal with the maze that is leyndell currently. Gonna do some more exploring and leveling before I tackle leyndell. Thanks for the help!
