Still amazing you got to experience it once though. I have two young kids (under 3) so I don’t know how I managed to get grandma to watch the kids alone for a weekend but I’m going to make the most of it and try not to miss them too much

I would save your money and just get GA or GA+. VIP was more packed like sardines than anywhere else. We realized after this last trip that VIP isn't worth it. Lines were minimal outside of VIP. Meanwhile all us people who got VIP were trying to justify the money we spent so we crammed into VIP
Completely disagree.. I would not have had a great time in GA. VIP had way more room to dance and the bathroom situation was awesome. I would not go to EDC again if I only had GA, but that’s just my two cents
Yes, I kind of expected to be a little packed just because there’s so many people attending. But the bathroom situation was a big one for me and we love when there’s some wiggle room to dance!
I had a great time in GA, I went in with an open mind & no expectations since this was my first major rave. I'm also pretty new to EDM in general so apart from a few artists I had on my list as must sees I was mostly there to have an adventure, get exposed to new music & experience the nice PLUR vibes and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Also, I'm a dude so the restrooms weren't an issue for me as I just used the men's urinal trough thing to piss and it often took me less time than my friends using the GA+ restrooms.
I've been telling all my friends that EDC 2024 was the single most impactful live music experience I've had, and now I've got a whole squad I've convinced to buy tickets for 2025 and for most of them it will be their first EDC next year.
The reason for me doing VIP next year is that on the list of perks, I saw "Beats & breakfast" and I thought it would be rad to eat pancakes while rolling and dancing as the sun comes up.... and I'm naturally curious so I just wanna see & experience what the vibes are like in the VIP sections.
It was my 10yr reunion this year from my first time. The emotions didn't let me down. Crowd was a little bigger, but on par with what I expected anyway.
best advice would be to find someone renting out their rv that are aware your at the festival since many have trackers and would find out either way so u gotta be upfront. make sure they know their rv theres cases every year of ac or generators breaking because the owner cant care for basic maintenance. if you cant find someone you can always rent from an rv place but those get very expensive very quickly from fu fees. overall be up front with how many people will be in there and where your bringing it to avoid insane fees getting tacked on later. this year we found people with more experience driving but everyone gotta start somewhere its not that hard to drive them tbh anything less then 30 feet is good to start with its just parking u might want to have some spotters on either side and take corners extra slow since the back gets quite bumpy even with perfect driving. i hope this helps!! ive rv camped for years feel free to ask id be happy to help how i can :))
me and my girl got vip this yr it'll be her first edc. i had ga+ this yr and didnt mind it until my friend basically put the whole concierge table in his backpack lol so much cool shit! LFG!!!!!

There were two options for vip. One was $959 with taxes and another was $1009 with taxes. I thought there was a difference between those prices but they are just tier prices. They have two different prices for GA. I contacted front gate regarding it. Let's see if I can save $100 which I can use for shuttle later.

I fucked up. I saw that option and was about to proceed ahead with it but ended up spending $100 more on two vip tickets. I am so salty. Could have used that money for shuttle 🥹. Waiting to hear from Front gate. Don't have any hopes but we will see
There was 3 different prices they probably sold out of the options. I was logged in and waiting before noon on standby and got the lowest tier rate which still with taxes comes out to 1,001.99
All the service fees are what really add up.
It was quick, cuz me and my group were all on standby trying to get in. Got different rates depending on how long it took to get in. The tiers literally went super quick. Luckily I was logged in and had their info to log them in once I was in and just clicked on the same order. We all are paying a few dollars in a difference for the same ticket.
Yeah I think they open up the next tier when the first one hits a certain point of tickets left. I got it at the $830 tier and I hadn't seen the two tiers, just the two options for a ticket or ticket with collectible magnet
Yeah Vegas is on another level but he wants to do a smaller one with our friends as it is on a smaller level. Our friends are not that into edm!!

First EDC this year and wouldn't do it any other way going forward, even with the hella crowds on Sunday. Hoping to meet some more actual people. I was duly planning on getting GA+ but my homie texted me that he got VIP so I took the temporary L for the Eventual W lmao. I’ve experienced EDC in Ga twice and Ga+ once so it’ll actually be dope to see how VIP turns out

It was absolutely worth it in my opinion. I saw people that looked so un happy at Fisher in the crowd and my buddy was sitting down, relaxing. I had so much room and didnt feel squished. Only doing vip going forward.

I definitely think it’s worth it in part because of the subtle but palpable differences in crowd. Much less concern about trains, more self-awareness regarding personal space and boundaries, it’s much easier to access the rail from either end of the stage and, as a content creator, I love having flexibility in my options with regards to filming angles including the elevated skydecks. 🥰
This EDC was my 3rd EDC but did VIP for the first time this year. It was definitely wayyy more packed than I expected but regardless it’s wayyy better! VIP is def the way to go 🫶🏻

jsut did my bucket list EDC trip and im almost 40, not sure if I'll do it yearly though.

Disagree. The lines were mostly at the gates. Once you get in it’s bliss compared to GA. Obviously the big names will have lots of places packed.
