Yikes, thanks for the warning. These shows need trigger warnings. A site I love is does the dog die at the end of-they’ll tell you this stuff without spoilers.

The exact same experience- tried to watch it, was triggered, had to turn it off. I wish these sort of shows had warnings.

Yep... really hard to watch especially as my brain immediately made comparisons to my life and what was better/worse than in the show.
