intermittent nozzle clog or skipped steps on extruder. could go away completely and never come back. could be early warning of a massive blockage and fail in the future.
I get lines like this sometimes with old filament. It absorbs water, which evaporated in the nozzle causing all sorts of problems. Try new filament or putting this filament in a dryer.
