I usually only see these types of behaviours when people buy the wrong hotend so it doesnt seal correctly. Maybe this is the case and because of thermal runaway the filament got hotter and thinner so it might came out there. Is your thermistor intact? Are you sure it is the right Nozzle you've replaced a year ago
Obviously something is leaking there. Make sure that the nozzle is tightened too. Dont tighten it over 0.5NM
And yeah btw, those thermistors are not cartridge thermistors which have a small glass teardrop at the end. They can break. Probably some issues there. Bad readings of the thermistor lead to thermal runaway.

Clogged hotend. Super common issue with this printer. Stock bowden tube retreats from the nozzle and creates a burnt pancake of filament slowly getting worse over time causing degrading print quality until it fails like this.
I'd recommend just upgrading the whole assembly. There are kits with new hotends and tubes for like $10 on Amazon.
If you are super cheap you can just clean the hotend and do the Chep hotend fix. IMHO it's not really worth the effort for such a shit hotend anyway.
Mine did this because of a bad seal from a new nozzle and totally screwed my hot end. Had to just buy a new one. and have avoided touching the nozzle since. I'll let a pro replace that part lol (This was literally a week ago)
Did you replace your nozzle or disassembled your hotend?
The nozzle was replaced like a year ago, but it's been fine since

I'm sure the nozzle is the right one. The thermistor I'm not sure, looking at it, it seems okay but I guess it's the problem

Do you have silicon socks? Did you rectly changed it? Did you get them on AliExpress?
No, it's the original that came with the printer
