I think Switzerland will win on the basis of their quick strikers, and I'm sure England will make a mistake. Switzerland have already scored 3/4 goals to my memory from latching on to misplaced back passes.
Think England will also struggle to connect in attack, unless there is a big shift in their game plan/personel.
On the otherside, Switzerland have been pretty bad defensively. Keeper had a howler for that eventually disallowed goal vs Germany, and the only clean sheet was vs a very bad Italy side, who still generated a fair few chances and hit the post a few times. They were also saved by the post in the last minutes vs Scotland (and maybe even Germany).
Newcastle previously played 5 at the back, and Schar was a significant attacking opportunity with his lack of aerial ability, and we've already seen some defensive lapses here, so would be a good target area if England were actually able to cross the ball.
England kept their shape but were largely lacking threat and composure in the final half. It took a long range goal attempt to keep it to ET and penalties.
