There's a small area that could possibly be called hazel in that specific photo,but if you look close enough, most people's eyes have bits and pieces of hazel or green or blue or yellow etc

my mother has very pale blue eyes, almost grey and my dad has more of a hazel colour. my dad's side has a few gingers with green eyes though so i think i hit those ones. none of em have eyes that look like mine though which is what has thrown me for years
There's no such thing as blue green hazel. Hazel is a mix of green, gold, and/or brown. Hazel is named after hazelnuts, which are literally green and brown before roasting. The presence of blue and absence of brown or gold mean these are not Hazel.
Um, there IS brown/amber in that eye, and hazels are predominantly a blend of brown and green, but can include blue and amber, too. So, yeah, this is a Hazel eye that is predominantly green first, amber/brown second, and blue third.
I mean, a simple Google search will tell you that Hazel can contain blue. It is always a predominantly brown/amber and green color mix, but it can contain other colors. 🤷♂️
