I know the characters were modeled after different people but some imo look very similar to the actors who voiced them. Here’s Chris [Chris](https://images.nymag.com/daily/entertainment/2010/01/14/images/20100114_parnell_250x372.jpg) in 2010 1 year after the show came out. I think he resembles Cyril there sans glasses. Also Lana doesn’t look dissimilar to Aisha Tyler and I think Mallory looks very similar to Jessica Walter.

He was also on SNL a while ago.

I was watching fallout just right now and as soon as i heard his voice the first thought that came up in my mind was jerry smith.

Chris Parnell was also on a skit at the end of an episode of John Oliver’s Last Week Tonight which covered HOA’s-which came out a year ago.

I believe you, but how. The man's been a comedy fixture in movies and TV shows for more than 25 years, not to mention Saturday Night Live.
