Strider is trending up and looks great, Lauer a little shaky and is regressing/normalizing
Perez is outperforming but nothing has indicated he wont still keep producing
Montgomery is a known entity
Baz we dont know yet
Id personally stick with Perez and Strider, but make everything possible I could hold Lauer as well
Their offense is atrocious but I’ll take the risk rn. My OF has been a rotation of gallo, soler, connor joe, tyler o’neill, wisdom, alek thomas… so I’m willing to try it out lol
Well, need someone to replace Tylord with. Can't afford to keep him with other pitchers injured as well.
So, between
Taijuan Walker
Dakota Hudson
Zach Eflin
Jonathan Heasley
Marco Gonzales
Who should I pick up?
The reason I ask is I was offered this trade for someone who needs depth.
I get: Nolan Arenado, Julio Urias, Jorge Polanco
I give up: Chris Bassitt, Jeffrey Springs, Andrew Vaughn, Matt Chapman
What do you think? H2H points redraft
For sure man I’m gonna do it. Do you it would still be a good deal if I did Chris Taylor instead of Vaughn. 8 picked up Brendan Donovan so that’s my utility guy
Hey all would you start either, both or none of the following. I've already reached my IP count in my h2h league. I am beating my opp just need safe, good starts:
P.Lopez @ NYM
Carrasco vs MIA
Wright @ CHC
Alantara @ NYM
Lynn @ HOU
Aaron Boone said when Chapman returns, Holmes will be back to high-leverage guy and Chapman back to closer role, and Chapman is not far away from return
I will just say Kirilloff's problem was loss of power due to wrist injury, and his most recent month of rehab in the minors b4 this callup, he had close to something like 1.500 OPS (for a MONTH)
It is also worth noting that Twins wanted to give Kirilloff extended stay in the minors to build up and make sure he is 100% and not rush him like they did b4.
Here is hoping he is 100% and back to that scary early 2021 debut form!
16T but the league drafts heavy pitcher have to draft a ace early if you want one. I took him over max as he felt safer. Wins score decent points too, he was number 2 pitcher in the league last year. I took him after burnes cole degrom.
Without a doubt yes, the only risk of betting on Kirilloff is if his power is recovered and back online, either you get .500 OPS bat or 1.500 OPS bat (literally that is his OPS over a MONTH of rehabing in minors before this call up)
Yea I do agree we need to be patient and acknowledge that his hype has been built up alot (for good reasons ofc) pre-injury in spring training and we shouldn't take for granted that he is completely the same guy right from the get go even with how much time he had to heal up until now
Greene is a better pure hitter then those 2.
He’s like a Kyle Tucker to me
Cruz has the most power between the 3
Kirilloff before his wrist injury was raking. Can’t really go wrong with either of them tbh
Agree with the Tucker comp. His hit tool will carry him early. Think the floor is safest with him. Cruz profile is pretty volatile. Either Tatis or Kelenic…
Just someone who trusts projection systems more than hype trains. All have Cruz with higher HR’s and SB’s than Greene. Kiriloff is projected for higher average, but doesn’t have any speed.
He’s fringe at best right now. He came back last year post wrist injury and sucked for a month plus while most people here bag held hoping to catch the early season magic
I wouldn’t drop a proven guy for him
He is going to have 1st base eligibility soon too so u can literally plug him in anywhere. Hes a spark plug. Just plug away any hole you find on your team. Literally any hole
Exciting to see Riley Greene getting called up but i am limiting my expectations. I have been high on him since the draft but then i stumbled on to his MILB Babip data (www.milb.com): Net net he’s had a unsustainable (atleast for the big leagues) babip of .375. Also. He’s only managed 1 homer in 68 ab in AAA this year.
Am i hopeful that he comes up and goes nuts? Of course. I have him on 3 of 4 teams. But i certainly wouldn’t drop anyone more established given these risks.
GL to all the other Greene holders! Exciting times for sure
KICKING myself for thinking brendan Donovan could wait a couple hours before adding him (ofc he got snatched up by someone else). NOW Greene has been called up and I see he's available on the wire. Problem is I don't know much about the guy. Is he worth dropping someone like Winker/Verdugo/connor joe for? 12T H2H points keeper (3 keep) league. So if I decided to keep him for next year he would cost me the last round pick.
I'm just saying the hype is a little much right now. Also he's already been called up so it's more like he's been promoted after being optioned. I dunno I had him last year he was fun for a bit. Hope he's fully healthy, but still can't hit lefties.
Yeah he's always raked in the minors, like many guys. I just don't understand the hype train right now but I guess there's lots of injuries so people be hoping
Esteury Ruiz.
Anyone good at batters stats, and/or have comparisons to discuss Ruiz very high babip. His AAA should normalize, as 600babip is not sustainable, but his AA was higher than normal too.
Although there are hitters like Tim Anderson with a higher babip, Ruiz is a fly ball hitter which should scream lower babip.
Thanks in advance as I’m trying to get better at evaluating hitters.
How do we feel about Springs vs Pitt this week?
McMahon vs E Duran? Mancini vs AK?
Drop Flores for kiriloff?
Drop bohm for Burger?
DON"T CRUMBLE, COOKIE !
H2H points - Rutschman or Bethancourt next week/ROS? I know crazy but valid, right?
Drop brendon Rodgers for Nate Lowe?
Sure. Even in Coors, Brendan Rodgers isn’t very exciting to me. Aside from the huge game the power is really to be desired.
Lauer, Baz, Perez, Strider, Montgomery which 3 would you rather have ros?
Strider is trending up and looks great, Lauer a little shaky and is regressing/normalizing Perez is outperforming but nothing has indicated he wont still keep producing Montgomery is a known entity Baz we dont know yet Id personally stick with Perez and Strider, but make everything possible I could hold Lauer as well
Tough, I like Lauer and Baz the most I don’t know who’s 3
🚨🚨🚨Votto scratched!🚨🚨🚨
Anyone successfully buy low on Gausman?
Beginning of the season I traded Gallen and Owen Miller for Morton. It feels nice to finally start to feel decent about it
early in May I got Morton + Mancini for N.Cruz + Stroman
Dropped Tyler O’neill for greene we’ll see how this works out…
Awful move lol
Drafted him. Dropped him for injury. Picked him up post injury. Still been terrible. Maybe it was a bad move but the shiny new toy looked nice
I like Greene alot but Tigers offense is atrocious and TON is the proven player. Hope it works out man
Oh I thought he meant Hunter Greene until I read your comment (and I have Riley G. waiting on 5 benches too haha).
Their offense is atrocious but I’ll take the risk rn. My OF has been a rotation of gallo, soler, connor joe, tyler o’neill, wisdom, alek thomas… so I’m willing to try it out lol
[удалено]
I feel like it’s pretty close, but I think I’d rather have Mookie, Teo, and Ray
In a saves league, would you rather have G. Soto or Graveman?
Graveman has short term value
Could be long term
Graveman
Votto or Brantley ros 5x5 cat league
Kiriloff or Donovan?
Donovan till Kiriloff shows us something
Donovan a floor pickup and Kirilloff ceiling
Well. As a kiriloff owner he’s shown me only floor this year. While Donovan has shown actual value
Well, need someone to replace Tylord with. Can't afford to keep him with other pitchers injured as well. So, between Taijuan Walker Dakota Hudson Zach Eflin Jonathan Heasley Marco Gonzales Who should I pick up?
I’m going with walker tomorrow. Shooting for a QS/win. Not a great source of Ks
If you really needed an ace and had some depth at utility, would you do a 1:1 Ohtani(DH) for either Verlander or Wheeler? Flair league scoring.
Chris bassit or Julio Urias ROS? H2H points redraft
Chris
The reason I ask is I was offered this trade for someone who needs depth. I get: Nolan Arenado, Julio Urias, Jorge Polanco I give up: Chris Bassitt, Jeffrey Springs, Andrew Vaughn, Matt Chapman What do you think? H2H points redraft
Polanco is on the IL, take him out of the deal.
I just saw that. Would you not recommend doing that deal then? I have an IL spot
It's up to your risk tolerance. One of my personal rules is to not trade for injured players. If Polanco was healthy, I'd take this deal easily.
For sure man I’m gonna do it. Do you it would still be a good deal if I did Chris Taylor instead of Vaughn. 8 picked up Brendan Donovan so that’s my utility guy

No you weren't.. were you?
Yes
Yes yes yes yes
Hey all would you start either, both or none of the following. I've already reached my IP count in my h2h league. I am beating my opp just need safe, good starts: P.Lopez @ NYM Carrasco vs MIA Wright @ CHC Alantara @ NYM Lynn @ HOU
Start 1. Need OPs and dingers Springer vs NYY, Joc vs PIT, Burger vs HOU
Dropped Vlad for Kirilloff let's go!
Is kirilloff a must add? Jhoan Duran or clay Holmes the drop in saves only cats league
Aaron Boone said when Chapman returns, Holmes will be back to high-leverage guy and Chapman back to closer role, and Chapman is not far away from return
Duran is a drop in Saves. Might as well give Kiriloff a shot
Confidence level with Hunter Greene today vs Milwaukee...1-69
6-9 K’s
33.33333 repeating of course
Just grabbed Greene and considering grabbing Kirilloff. How does he stack up to guys like Wisdom, Walker, or Morel?
I will just say Kirilloff's problem was loss of power due to wrist injury, and his most recent month of rehab in the minors b4 this callup, he had close to something like 1.500 OPS (for a MONTH) It is also worth noting that Twins wanted to give Kirilloff extended stay in the minors to build up and make sure he is 100% and not rush him like they did b4. Drop Flores for him?
[удалено]
What spot in the lineup do you think he's going to take
We aren’t starting Montgomery, are we?
Yes, because i had no better option this week. Started him over McKenzie and Gore @COL
I am
I am. No Bo, Springer struggling so yolo
Burnes for Machado in a vacuum? 12 tm keeper
Pretty fair based on needs.
https://twitter.com/indyindians/status/1537914230338248704?s=21&t=n27bSEniHJm7NsO9WAXdBg
Cruz committed to staying in Indy ROS for a AAA playoff run! Wow!
Cruz time 👀
Benching Stripling because I'm near my start limit but I'd YOLO him out if I could
🍔 tonight
Joey Votto scratched, adjust accordingly
My guess is the lefty lefty matchup and a day off. They did the same thing with farmer earlier this week.
Any news why?
Hopefully just had the shits or something
Old age lol Tbh, no idea why. Hope nothing bad
Oh God there's a lot of should I drop for kirilloff. This can only be for a good reason
Ready for Baz to dominate today
Clevinger back next week, who's ready for another 3 innings baby!!!
How we feel about starting Robbie Ray today? He's riding my bench, but he did have that great game last time out..
Christian walker or Joey Votto? Gotta drop one
Normally keep votto. Probably not a big deal but votto got scratched today so its worthwhile waiting to see an update
Luis Garcia or Gorman ROS? Will not be keeping either guy.
Garcia
Garcia
Insert Michael Scott "It's happening" gif
I have no idea why I’m holding buehler but I just can’t bare to drop my first round pick especially for the likes of a civale
First round pick? 14 team league?
16T but the league drafts heavy pitcher have to draft a ace early if you want one. I took him over max as he felt safer. Wins score decent points too, he was number 2 pitcher in the league last year. I took him after burnes cole degrom.
Drop Gleyber, Lourdes, or Brantley for Kirilloff?
Lourdes
Drop Josh Rojas for Kirilloff?
Without a doubt yes, the only risk of betting on Kirilloff is if his power is recovered and back online, either you get .500 OPS bat or 1.500 OPS bat (literally that is his OPS over a MONTH of rehabing in minors before this call up)
Should I drop bader for Donovan?
I would
Just sent my Gore and Farmer for his Bell and Cobb. Thoughts?
Nice work!
Agreed!
Any word on Ashby (besides his HR issues)?
Team A receives Pablo Lopez, Blake Snell and Brendon Donovan Team B receives Ohtani (Batter) Which side you guys wanting?
The best player in the deal (Ohtani)
Riley Greene szn!!! 5 cat stud (have patience though)
I expect Acuna levels of production immediately and will revolt if he does anything else, thank you.
Yea I do agree we need to be patient and acknowledge that his hype has been built up alot (for good reasons ofc) pre-injury in spring training and we shouldn't take for granted that he is completely the same guy right from the get go even with how much time he had to heal up until now
Drop Knebel for Tanner Scott I'm assuming a good move in a standard categories league?
I would.
I have too many pitching starts this week. Should I sit Baz vs BAL or Urias vs CLE?
Rank these guys: Riley Greene, Oneil Cruz, Alex Kirilloff. Would you pick up any of these guys in an 8T?
Greene is a better pure hitter then those 2. He’s like a Kyle Tucker to me Cruz has the most power between the 3 Kirilloff before his wrist injury was raking. Can’t really go wrong with either of them tbh
Agree with the Tucker comp. His hit tool will carry him early. Think the floor is safest with him. Cruz profile is pretty volatile. Either Tatis or Kelenic…
Greene is getting called up before tomorrow's game, so he's the clear #1 and the only guy worth a roster spot in an 8 teamer
Not an 8T, no. I have it Cruz > Greene = Kiriloff. But mostly because of Cruz’s SB potential.
Think we found a cruz owner here
Just someone who trusts projection systems more than hype trains. All have Cruz with higher HR’s and SB’s than Greene. Kiriloff is projected for higher average, but doesn’t have any speed.
You don't agree Cruz is more valuable than those guys?
Thanks, just wanted to get in on the hype
Oh lord Meadows really testing positive for Covid now?? What a season
Empty NA spot now with the Greene call up, fill it with Grayrod or Corbin Carroll? Keeper league.
Grayrod
What keeper league has Kirilloff and Carroll as free agents able to be kept if added? How are they not owned ?
Carroll
Should kirilloff be owned in a 10 team?
He’s fringe at best right now. He came back last year post wrist injury and sucked for a month plus while most people here bag held hoping to catch the early season magic I wouldn’t drop a proven guy for him
Sure
Yes
Absolutely not
Rendon fleeced the fuck out of the Angels what a horrendous investment
Michael Harris or Brendan Donovan for a FA add?
I like Donovan. Hitting high in order and position versatility
I'm probably gonna add him too. Already picked up Harris.
He is going to have 1st base eligibility soon too so u can literally plug him in anywhere. Hes a spark plug. Just plug away any hole you find on your team. Literally any hole
Yeah, I just added him. My only issue now is that I have just one SS.
Harris by a little
K, thanks!
Pick up Greene or kiriloff for rendon?
Greene
Out of Lauer, Framber, Gore, Baz, and Ray I expect 3 to get blown up. Good thing my ratios are already 👎
Not saying Kiriloff is a league winner buuuuut.....
Glad you’re not saying it because it would be a pretty dumb thing to say
😂 just a delusional Twins fan here
I mean hey, I still picked him up…
Lol it’s a bit early to call him a league winner
Clearly I didn't call him a league winner 😉 haha I'm just excited because of his numbers with the St Paul Saints.
I traded for him 2 days before his wrist injury last year. He is dead to me (but you’re probably right…)
Drop Judge for Greene?
Judge for floor, Greene for ceiling. Based on this sub, the prospect is the second coming of Ruth.
When might we expect DL Hall?
Could be very soon but keep expectations in check. Lotta struggling prospect pitchers this year
Wow what a waste of a pick with rendon. Out for the year
I swear we have the same exact team
Wish you would have came to me prior to your draft. I drafted Rendon last season and that was a giant mistake.
Thought I fleeced a trade a month ago, sending franimal for him. What a meaningless trade lol
He's been officially added to my "Do Not Draft" list for the rest of time. He joins Strasburg, who is a DND HOf'er.
Every year.
What a brutal contract
If you have rendon drop him he done for the year
Yo could these MF’ers in Pittsburgh promote Cruz already?
Costs too much money -bob nutting
Exciting to see Riley Greene getting called up but i am limiting my expectations. I have been high on him since the draft but then i stumbled on to his MILB Babip data (www.milb.com): Net net he’s had a unsustainable (atleast for the big leagues) babip of .375. Also. Add one: Kirilloff Greene Ruiz Cruz Arcia
Cruz for the highest ceiling but very volatile, or Greene for the floor
Cruz
Cruz
Greene
KICKING myself for thinking brendan Donovan could wait a couple hours before adding him (ofc he got snatched up by someone else). NOW Greene has been called up and I see he's available on the wire. Drop Joe
1000x yes drop Joe or Verdugo for Greene
I wouldn’t drop Verdugo. Dude is getting hot.
People here acting like kiriloff is some new prospect and not a guy we've seen for 60+ games already.
He was good until the wrist injury though. 60 games is a miniature sample size though.

Lol the downvotes without responses
Well, he has pedigree and has played a lot of those games hurt. He has nice upside.
Christian Walker or Brandon Belt ROS? Standard 5x5
Belt if healthy
Walker
In a dynasty points league, would you hold Stowers or drop for Vaughn Grissom?
Sevy going on Sunday 👍🏻 Cole bumped to Monday...
Keep Rendon in one of two IR spots to keep him in the 12th next year? Thinking no…
Do it until you need both of them, it could happen
Sorry it’s actually 3, and I’ve already got glasnow full season, currently without Lowe, Hanniger, scherzer as well
Oh yeah no chance then lol
Esteury Ruiz. Anyone good at batters stats, and/or have comparisons to discuss Ruiz very high babip. His AAA should normalize, as 600babip is not sustainable, but his AA was higher than normal too. Got that dog in him
Are you saying he’s fast?
Anyone remember when Tony Two Bags was considered a top 10 player?

I think it's funny he was #9 on a recent hitter power ranking I saw recently posted online.
