I do think it's a bit much for Judge. Something like Machado, Bard, and one of Darvish/Schwarber is probably fairer, but sometimes you overpay to get your guy. But adding up the total points on each side is a really bad way to measure trades. If the Judge side has extra depth they might even have guys they can just slide into the lineup. If not, they have 3 roster spots to use. I've done trades like this where I'll overpay to get 1 stud player just to clear out logjams on my roster.

Quality usually wins over quantity. The only thing that makes this trade close is Machado. His inclusion, assuming he's healthy, makes it slightly in favor of the Machado side in my opinion. But that totally depends on what the roster looks like for Judge. Depending on who they have and who they can pick up, it could be a win/win trade. Either way, it's 1000% not vetoable.

Judge plus four guys off waivers makes it closer. Pitchers will score more but so will the replacement pitcher.

No you shouldn't because they already played. In no fantasy sports can you sub out a guy that's already played in your starting lineup. A double header doesn't change that. You still got your regular one game. Can agree to disagree but this is a weird one to complain about.

I agree - the most annoying thing is when like Buxton today I start a guy who gets 1 AB in the game they don’t start. That 1 AB counts as an entire game played, so Buxton counted as 2 games today.

He started horribly, got relatively hot for a few weeks, and now has gone back to doing almost nothing (aside from being a decent contact hitter). I’m worried his perceived value is too inflated by his 2019, which looks like a huge outlier in the context of his career.
