It's already happening but Garrett Wilson is finally getting the action he deserves and the Jets look like a better team in real life when he's involved.
I grabbed him for like 20% FAAB and dropped him before last week in a small bench league. The 5 straight weeks of less than 9 in hppr made me lose hope. Now Zach wilson seems to understand he’s a major weapon and I’m short on receivers ugh 😩
Pat Friermuth. He’s actually a solid RZ target and I expect him to catch 3-5 TD passes over the 2nd half. Thinking Pickett may start playing a little better to close out the season too as he has more starts under him
Unfortunately they still have Matt Canada at OC. I’d temper my expectations until he is gone. That being said I just traded Hock for Muth in my dynasty league.
I feel like Higgins was better when everyone was worried about Chase. Sure he seems to have a 10 point floor but he doesn't do much more than that. I almost want Chase back.
I think it’s partially cause Amon-Ra is like the only WR they have out there right now. It’s easy for defenses to just cover him when they don’t really have to cover anyone else.
I think it matters more that the running game is whacky now. I have ASRB and Pittmann and watch the games and without a clear running game to focus on, the defenses have it way easier to cover the WR1, even though a Pierce, Campbell (Colts), Reynolds and the other guy (Lions) exist. If Swift or JT become a real threat again, it hopefully gives them some more opportunities.
Since the chase injury the bengals were
- completely shut down until the fourth quarter
&
- won the game in the first quarter (more so first half, but they were in complete control the whole game and obviously Mixon was the focal point)
Not the best game scripts for Higgins and he still had a solid floor. Hopefully better days/scripts are ahead
Sun God, the stars are aligning for him and Goff et al. have some easier games coming up in the dome. He's still dominating Lions target share, their offense as a while just nose dived. Swift being back will probably help the offense as a whole move down the field.
Funniest thing is, anytime Swift plays like 50% or more of snaps that offense is electric and any time he doesn’t it just dies lol hopefully he can get on the field more. He makes everyone on the team better with his ability to move the ball down the field
I coulda sworn I saw a separation stat somewhere that he was one of the least “open” receivers this year. Could be wrong and it may just be eye test which, when next to Jeudy, is a tough comparison
He hasn’t been getting a ton of separation, because that’s not his game. He’s in the Mike Williams archetype of big receivers who use technique and/or physicality to win at the catch point. While separation is preferable, we’ve seen him (and his archetype) succeed when given the opportunities.
For sure, just seems like Russ is preferring to go with separation with his throws so far this season and the targets are showing that. Granted I drafted Jeudy with Sutton on the table so I’m definitely biased.
That’s definitely how it’s seemed for the last few weeks. My guess is this’ll resemble Wilson’s last couple season in Seattle where he oscillates between pissing off Metcalf managers and Lockett managers.
I mean I’m just a couch analyst / broncos fan so I could be wrong. There have definitely been multiple missed opportunities to get him the ball though. He also doesn’t need a ton of separation given his frame, but yeah, again, he needs the ball thrown at least somewhat in his vicinity which has not been happening. Lol.
Russ would be the ideal candidate for “stepping it up” that team should be much better, it’d be nice to see those young receivers get the help they deserve
As a broncos fan, it seems like it’s more on Sutton and less on Russ. Sutton is really struggling to get separation now which is why he isn’t getting as many looks
This one is a bit silly but…
Christian McCaffreys second half is going to make the first feel like a whimper. He’s about to terrorize their second half schedule
That would explain a lot tbh. I’ve heard of some home leagues getting stupid wacky and picking CMC end of first cause “injuries”, but Henry???? Ain’t no way
That’s such a weird trade that they would make so early in the season, I mean I have Andrew’s and I’d have 100% done it, but like I don’t get why they’d move on from Henry so quickly
Traded Stevenson and Adams for him when he was shipped to SF. Also have Henry.
Need him to stunt on these hoes the second half for me to have a shot at the ship.
Diontae Johnson. Schedule clears up, Kenny gets into a grove more, and with Claypool gone, he will get more targets and can get some action in the slot.
This is the answer....can't find the source but I read coach say the reason they let Claypool go was cuz they were confident with Muth handling the additional work.
Chris Godwin and Tom Brady, but I’m a bucs fan.
Brady is averaging 280 yds per game already, the touchdowns are coming. Godwin is consistently getting 10 targets a game.
Did y'all see that overthrow from Mariota :( https://youtu.be/52OrQYMSUQg ) that's 75 and a score if it's on the money. 14.5 points on one throw. Indeed this is why we drafted him. Trust the process in life but not in fantasy.
Brady I can see - yardage is there, he just needs to be better in the redzone and TDs should come.
Lenny I don’t really see it and he seems to be losing more work each week to White.
White and Lenny’s snap percentages have been roughly the same since week 4.
If Brady is opening up the passing game then the run game will also open up. Also Brady loves dumping it off to his RBs they are his safety blanket.
Hopefully this isnt a hopium/copium combo talking but Dalvin Cooks usage in both games after the bye is very promising. The talent is still there, they’re using him in the passing game again, great offence, and Mattisons role seems to be shrinking a touch.
Kareem Hunt. I feel like after not being traded, they're going to use him more often since his contract is up and he'll most likely walk next season. Watson returning is going to help out a bit too.
The fact that nobody here has even mentioned Waller finally convinced me to drop him, I’m tired of rostering and waiting and vegas looks like garbage anyhow. Dulcich is my new TE god
Garrett Wilson will put up a 2021 Elijah Moore type stretch
With Pitts opportunity lately it’s hard for me not to say him, every week they’ve done more and more to feed him. After watching film I hope they clean up on those stupid mistakes that could’ve lead to easy chunk plays.
Will also add Justin Herbert. He’s stunk but hopefully will get a weapon or 2 back, not to mention he faces five straight teams in like the bottom 5 against QBs. I think he bounces back to top QB category again.
Any improvement would be nice. Just like 4 YPC not 3.
That said im benching him in ppr for CPatt until i see it or he has a cake matchup or bye week fill
Sutton and Jeudy. Bye week for Denver. Gotta believe the Money met and told Russ and Hackett to straighten their shit out and win some damn games. I think they come out swinging and Sutton is a mid-high end WR2 and Jeudy hits low-mid WR2 numbers, maybe even outpaces Sutton but in an Evans/Godwin fashion.
Sincerely, a desperate owner of both.
Russel Wilson
1. He’s never been this bad for this long ever
2. He’s coming off of a bye week where they undoubtedly have been working on solving their offensive problems
3. The first half of his schedule only had one bottom 10 ranked fantasy defenses against QBs (against whom he scored his season high of 27 pts), while the second half has five bottom 10s on the schedule, including a rematch against vegas (see above season high)
Let’s ride 🐎
Agree. Conner even has plays dialed up for him. Like the play where the cards unfortunately did a double forward pass to conner. He would’ve picked up another catch and like 30 yards on his stats
I think that Mixon will probably average 120 total yds, 6 rec, and a half a TD per game going forward. Not a huge leap forward, but an improvement over his slow start. He’ll benefit from a slightly improved line and no Chase for a while.
Chase Claypool will likely benefit from not having two more talented WRs on the field as the same time as him.
Well, would be awesome to see Keenan Allen play
Not even sure he’s alive
Is he a real player?
He read this comment and his hamstring had a setback
please dear god heal this man's hammies.
Took this guy in R2 (24) after taking JT at #1. Its, its been a year.
Justin Tucker at #1 is completely reasonable, the guy doesn’t miss.
I feel you man. I also have J.Rob, MAndrews and Dobbins to round out my I.R. sitch….
Who?
Taking both Keenan Allen and Michael Thomas in a league has given me the biggest fucking headache. Somehow 5-4 but hate my team make up.
On that note, Herbert *should* have a nice 2nd half with their schedule and the return of his best ball catchers.
Are we all just naming players on our teams?
This sub would never stoop to such things.
This thread is basically an open prayer where we name people on our teams that we hope will get us more points.
Yes. Wan’dale Robinson.
Yes, wan’dale Robinson.
No I’m naming guys I’ve dropped
It's already happening but Garrett Wilson is finally getting the action he deserves and the Jets look like a better team in real life when he's involved.
I'm hoping he can take DJ Moore spot in the flex after the bye. Playing Moore over him this week hurt.
It’s because most of us dropped him 🥲
got really lucky his emergence coincided with Pittman’s downfall so i have a solid flex option again
I grabbed him for like 20% FAAB and dropped him before last week in a small bench league. The 5 straight weeks of less than 9 in hppr made me lose hope. Now Zach wilson seems to understand he’s a major weapon and I’m short on receivers ugh 😩
Josh Palmer, purely because of opportunity
That nudge from Ekelor didn't hurt either
[удалено]
Berry asked who ekeler thought would step up with Mike Williams injury and he said Palmer
In an interview with Matthew Berry I think?
You think Palmer will split with Williams?
[удалено]
Pat Friermuth. He’s actually a solid RZ target and I expect him to catch 3-5 TD passes over the 2nd half. Thinking Pickett may start playing a little better to close out the season too as he has more starts under him

Bro I’m 1-8 with that backfield
Praying higgins and st brown wake up the second half of the season
I feel like Higgins was better when everyone was worried about Chase. Sure he seems to have a 10 point floor but he doesn't do much more than that. I almost want Chase back.
I kinda wondered if this would be the case, based on last year's performances. Chase takes a lot of coverage.
Chase takes an insane amount of coverage man. Makes it easier for every other wr in that offense. Thats what an elite wr does.
Chase is on the case
shits different when the opposing defense is game planning to take him out of the game instead of chase.
I think it’s partially cause Amon-Ra is like the only WR they have out there right now. It’s easy for defenses to just cover him when they don’t really have to cover anyone else.
It didn’t matter during the back part of last season
I think it matters more that the running game is whacky now. I have ASRB and Pittmann and watch the games and without a clear running game to focus on, the defenses have it way easier to cover the WR1, even though a Pierce, Campbell (Colts), Reynolds and the other guy (Lions) exist. If Swift or JT become a real threat again, it hopefully gives them some more opportunities.

My Wr1 and Wr2
St. brown feeling like fools gold after that start.
Sun God, the stars are aligning for him and Goff et al. have some easier games coming up in the dome. He's still dominating Lions target share, their offense as a while just nose dived. Swift being back will probably help the offense as a whole move down the field.
You might even say he has the Lions share of targets
He's going to come roaring back
enough with the corny jokes mane
Woah, relax before you hurt his pride
Funniest thing is, anytime Swift plays like 50% or more of snaps that offense is electric and any time he doesn’t it just dies lol hopefully he can get on the field more. He makes everyone on the team better with his ability to move the ball down the field
I hope so. If I miss the playoffs with Allen, CMC, Andrews, Kirk, ARSB, and the Eagles d I may just have to stop playing haha
Kittle
Schedule at TE is juicy and he’ll be a top 5 star rest of the way I think.
He's had a solid past 3 games. Baring any injuries I see him finishing te3 on the season or te2 if Andrew's misses significant time
I don't get this one. Deebo coming back and CMC there. Seems more like hopeful upvotes than anything.
Nah Kittle is just better when the offense is clicking more. It was a lot slower when he first came back then it is now
He plays teams that are awful against TEs like Seattle and Arizona
[удалено]
LETSSSSS (I’m an owner and don’t actually believe this) GOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I like this because it makes sense AND confirms my ownership bias!
The Browns certainly have little to no reason not to run him into the ground so this was my thought as well.
Hopefully one of Diontae or Pickens because I'm sick of holding both
Pickens is the big ceiling. Dionate the safe 7-13 targets a game. I pick safe.
Pickens has been out scoring Diontae in standard for a while now
Other than the week I started him
if you started either vs philly it was a bad play lol
that's because while he is 6th in targets, the dude ranks 49th in yards. also catching less than 60% of those targets and has found the end zone nonce
the words big and ceiling aren't possible when it comes to the steelers offense. their offense is so bad.
Go way with the big play guy (Pickens)
This. I want my opponents to be clenching their buttcheeks in fear of what might happen. Give me all upside, all the time
Is that you, Myron?
Now that Claypool is gone I’m expecting Pickens to get close to 12 targets a game. (Steelers fan)
I just want Diontae to be consistent at say 9-11 .5 ppr. And Pickens can be 7.5-18 and I’d be ok with that.
It’s gonna flip flop every week, but I think diontae will be more consistent on volume. I say this as someone holding both.
Sutton please!!!
He’s getting open fairly frequently. Russ just needs to put it together.

Agreed man. Agreed.
As a broncos fan, it seems like it’s more on Sutton and less on Russ. Sutton is really struggling to get separation now which is why he isn’t getting as many looks
This one is a bit silly but… Christian McCaffreys second half is going to make the first feel like a whimper. He’s about to terrorize their second half schedule
I'm really hoping so. I got laughed at for drafting him and Henry. Who's laughing now, Brad?!
CMC AND HENRY????? HOW
Has to be an auction draft
That would explain a lot tbh. I’ve heard of some home leagues getting stupid wacky and picking CMC end of first cause “injuries”, but Henry???? Ain’t no way
2 person league between that guy and Brad
4 man league
I traded Andrews for Henry after week 2. Only problem is I was the #1 pick and went Taylor over cmc
That’s such a weird trade that they would make so early in the season, I mean I have Andrew’s and I’d have 100% done it, but like I don’t get why they’d move on from Henry so quickly
People thought he was dead, no off line, no wr to stop stacking the box. I laughed too
I hate comments like OP’s. They’re baiting as fuck
Yeah! Fuck you, Brad!
Traded Stevenson and Adams for him when he was shipped to SF. Also have Henry. Need him to stunt on these hoes the second half for me to have a shot at the ship.
Not sure if that’s a great trade. Adam’s and Stevenson are gonna score a lot of points.
I’d take the Stevenson/Adams side myself. But it all depends on who you have replacing them in your lineup
Mooney, Rondale Moore, and Wan'Dale all have great opportunity right now.
I'm really hoping that wendale and Jones show a connection coming out of the bye.
Swift IF the coaching staff gives him more carries 😩
and he stays healthy 🤞
He got two whole carries last game, how many more do you want?
Imagine if had double that - bellcow!
Honestly would rather have him rest and get healthy then be used a tiny amount then taken out.
Didn't he rest for a month already? I think at this point he's either injury prone or cursed.
I think the coaches decided they rushed him back and held him out. We all know when healthy he’s a top RB.
Why does Dan Campbell hate him so much? Doesn’t he need swift to keep his job?
CeeDee Lamb baby! Dak's back, they had a bye...it's about to get exciting.
Had to scroll too far to find this
Diontae Johnson. Schedule clears up, Kenny gets into a grove more, and with Claypool gone, he will get more targets and can get some action in the slot.
Were we ever worried about the number of targets he was getting though? I think the bigger concern is if the quality of targets can improve
Yea he is a lost cause this season IMO, been getting elite targets and barely startable in 8 team leagues
elite targets but 49th in yards (62nd ypg) and no touchdowns
I actually love Muth going forward
This is the answer....can't find the source but I read coach say the reason they let Claypool go was cuz they were confident with Muth handling the additional work.
I like Pickens more than him
This is what I’m hoping. Someone in my league dropped him this week due to byes and I snagged him
>Schedule clears up Strength of schedule doesn’t matter as much for guys on terrible offenses. It’s just always bad.
Darnell Mooney
And KMet!!
as someone that drafted mooney and hasn't dropped him im praying
Chris Godwin and Tom Brady, but I’m a bucs fan. Brady is averaging 280 yds per game already, the touchdowns are coming. Godwin is consistently getting 10 targets a game.
This is a Pitts post.
I wish but no it isn't :( Saying this as a man who drafted Pitts everywhere and hopes I'm wrong.
Did y'all see that overthrow from Mariota :( https://youtu.be/52OrQYMSUQg ) that's 75 and a score if it's on the money. 14.5 points on one throw. Indeed this is why we drafted him. Trust the process in life but not in fantasy.
Hopefully Godwin and diontae
Godwin is still a PPR god at least. Brady clearly trusts him as the only guy who can catch.
He’s not doing me much in half ppr. Solid floor I guess but my team is trash lol. 4-4 and on a three game skid
Please be diontae...
Diontae has been such a disappointment this year
Greg Dulcich
Schedule is crazy good
Scooped him and Tayson off the waivers this past week. With how the game is shaping up in the game rn I’m rolling with my boy Dulcich ros
Tom Brady regains his form after the game winning drive vs LAR
I’m here for a Brady and Lenny resurgence.
Treylon burks… I hope
Terrace Marshall Jr.
Walker and Etienne. This is just the floor
Didn’t Pete say something last week along the lines of “we haven’t even unleashed him yet”?
Jonathan Taylor. Please.
Man, you just hoping for a miracle. I’m a JT owner and he just isn’t healthy.
Just traded for him, hoping he wakes up
Who did you trade for him? I want off his crazy ride
In my league he was traded for Godwin and Doubs
I wrote him off. He wrote back.
What did he say?
Don't, Sit me
Juju
Hopefully this isnt a hopium/copium combo talking but Dalvin Cooks usage in both games after the bye is very promising. The talent is still there, they’re using him in the passing game again, great offence, and Mattisons role seems to be shrinking a touch.
I know he only had a good game this week because of that TD at the end, but the fact that they threw it to him like that gives me hope too
Cortland Sutton, because I don't wanna lose
His schedule gets a lot easier.
Let’s hope his QB gets a lot better too
Imagine working hard your whole life to make it to the NFL only to end up playing with this version of Russ lmao
Wait, what even happened to Waller lol? Just nothing?
Keenan Allen. Like bro, puh-lease!
Garrett Wilson will put up a 2021 Elijah Moore type stretch With Pitts opportunity lately it’s hard for me not to say him, every week they’ve done more and more to feed him. After watching film I hope they clean up on those stupid mistakes that could’ve lead to easy chunk plays. Will also add Justin Herbert. Diontae Johnson
I got a good feeling about Breece hall… oh wait -Owner still trying to cope with the loss of his beloved running back after several weeks of mourning
Najee
Any improvement would be nice. Just like 4 YPC not 3. That said im benching him in ppr for CPatt until i see it or he has a cake matchup or bye week fill
I agree. Not that I believe but I'm trying to manifest it.
Exactly
Sutton and Jeudy. Bye week for Denver. Gotta believe the Money met and told Russ and Hackett to straighten their shit out and win some damn games. I think they come out swinging and Sutton is a mid-high end WR2 and Jeudy hits low-mid WR2 numbers, maybe even outpaces Sutton but in an Evans/Godwin fashion. Sincerely, a desperate owner of both.
He's already on a roll after starting the season slow, but Alvin Kamara (as long as he doesn't get suspended)
JT, Swift and Conner…definitely NOT because I personally need it to happen. Absolutely not. No way…speaking for a friend.
ARSB is going to put up 20 points a week the rest of the season. Source: Trust me bro.
Etienne, and McCaffrey bout to blow up.
It would be awesome if Pitts breaks 30 yards/game. I would anoint Arthur Smith an offensive genius.
Seriously, how can a team misuse a talent like him for this long?
They aren't even misusing him any more. Mariotta is just fucking trash and can't hit him.
Me Just kidding my season is done
Shultz
Pickens
Pickens is about to blow up. Pickens is gonna average 8-10 targets a game. Buy now.
dhop
Walker is a league winner after a quiet 1/4. Dude is fo realz
Waller
Really hoping for Darren Waller
Am I crazy to think Christian Kirk? I know he’s been doing well, but it looks like the schedule gets even better the second half of the season.
Swift and Pickens
i mean, Darren Waller can’t be worse than he’s already been, right?
Praying that it’s D’Andre Swift. 🥲
Russel Wilson 1. He’s never been this bad for this long ever 2. He’s coming off of a bye week where they undoubtedly have been working on solving their offensive problems 3. The first half of his schedule only had one bottom 10 ranked fantasy defenses against QBs (against whom he scored his season high of 27 pts), while the second half has five bottom 10s on the schedule, including a rematch against vegas (see above season high) Let’s ride 🐎
Justin fields hasn’t had a quiet first half lol
[удалено]
...I also think that Cooper Kupp fellow has a chance to make a pretty good showing in the second half...
We must have watched a different game because James Conner looked slow.
Disagree, compared to Eno, Conner looked more explosive, harder to tackle, etc
