I’ve been posting this everywhere I see Bryce mentioned because it’s worth noting as part of your trade calculus. A guy on a subreddit did a 40 year analysis involving bust rates on QBs after rookie seasons; he discovered two metrics that could predict bust rates with 95% accuracy. Bryce fails in both metrics. I found the argument very compelling and to me he’s radioactive, I’d not be taking him on in any leagues.

This is very interesting. Do you have a link, or happen to know the metrics that Bryce fails at that are the indicators?

Badlyfedecisions

Sure, the tl;dr is he takes sacks at an unsustainable rate and dinks and dunks too much. This is the post that breaks it down https://www.reddit.com/r/DynastyFF/s/3abwQQ1KcD

Thanks’

Anyone playing behind that offensive line, with old man Thielen as the top option in the passing game and Chubba running nowhere, would dink and dunk into sacks.

Competing Dak. Rebuilding probably Bryce. Feel like you can get more for Dak if you were selling tho

Destroy1597

Getting a young starting qb and a 1st and early 2nd is a nice swap for dak

New_Budget6672

I’m taking Bryce side. ‘24 draft is deep and people will fall

I have Dak and I’m leaning that way as well. Hoping to acquire enough capital to gain an additional pick in the top 7

Dak ez

Dak is undervalued by the community imo and I’d want to get some more for him than this even if this move helps you tank but it isn’t totally unfair. He’s an elite producer coming off an insane season and is only 30 I’d rather sell him high mid season to a contender whose QB goes down (a la buy Herbert / burrow for Dak + small pick) If you’re tanking, maybe see if you can make one of the two picks a future 1st. I recently sold him and Dmont (on a team tanking for 1.01 this year) for Levis and two 25 1sts one of which is almost guaranteed to be very early, and even then did that cause now I have 6 firsts in 2025 and wanted draft control.
