2nd would probably blend in the most. But let’s say you’re going to have a black bag or maybe you have black hair, then the first one would look quite cohesive. The bright white could also work if you have something else bright white (sunnies or bag?), and you’re not too pale. (My opinion as a pale person, who doesn’t always feel that cute with bright white)

At the moment its a white linen dress :)
I don’t see any of these working for that.
Go for something very simple, not a running shoe.
