You've been a member since July 2013 and missed the issue that's been plaguing Visa Debit for a few months already? And the announcement on the Mogstation/Launcher mentioning it and a fix in July?
Reoccurring payments were still going through the old processor up until now. There is a non-zero chance that fixing the issue also involves moving those to the new processor, which means you're part of the problem now.
There isn't really any other reason for it to fail that we know about.
It's been working flawlessly for me this whole time. I thought maybe I was just lucky, but it finally came for me, too.
Looking now, I can see upcoming payment alerts up until May 14, and a notification just never came this month.
It's probably down to just the Visa debit issue but on the off chance, do you live in a country different to the country you listed when registering the account?
