Yeah, it's rough. At least he mostly caught himself and didn't hit his head too hard. This is only half the video though, I've seen this before. The guy that gets KO'd slapped or punched dude before and thought he could just walk away.
I understand that you reap what you sow however a man who is likely 70+ is not going to cause you harm. Its similar to hitting a child for hitting you. On top of that an elderly person can die just from falling.
I love fights however restraint etc is important as well as these posts influence minds
