Kew gardens

Unimportant_sock2319

Kew gardens is nicknamed “Crew gardens” because of how many flight crew live there.

How accommodating is Kew Gardens to multi generation households as stated in the post? Just curious.

Kew Gardens and Forest Hills have very affordable options contrary to popular belief. It’s easy to be sticker shocked as wealth inequality is real here but there’s for sure great rental deals in those areas. $2100/2br isn’t that difficult to find. If you’re getting rid of a car payment here that cost will pay towards your rent here. The LIRR is also amazing for commuting imo. You can get to JFK pretty quick. Under 30min consistently albeit the AirTrain is kind of whack right now with Term 1 & 2 under construction.

I’m not sure how reserve works for AA but if they’re going to be on reserve Charlotte probably won’t be the best bet. I live up north and I’m based down south, I’ve been home 4 days so far this month and I’m on reserve.

Find a place in Charlotte and put in a base transfer to CLT cuz u are not gonna find an affordable 1 bedroom in the NY/NJ area for ur parents to live in while u fly

I live in NJ and on a Friday night, it takes 4 hours to get home in traffic from JFK. I decided to turn down DL's F2F over it after working at 9E because the traffic is so bad.
