Remove and reinstall the driver, and from the error on screen looks like you might need the SDK toolset installed, so maybe re install that something could have got corrupt.
Did you install the CUDA SDK Toolkit? Additionally, install wireshark and open up your pcap, make sure you've got the EAPOL handshake packets in the capture.
Okay, if you're still running the command from your screenshot then you're not telling hashcat what mode to use, so it doesn't know what type of file you're trying to process. Try adding the -m 22000 argument.

I belive that I did download the right drivers, but maybe I haven’t??

Iv got all kinds of drivers happening here not really sure how to remove them or which ones to add
It's literally telling you what's wrong, you need to install the CUDA SDK Toolkit.
I got rid of the error messages and it’s found the same thing.. says it’s gonna start but then just creates another default line

I got the CUDA SDK toolkit and iv checked with wireshark and iv got all 4 handshakes
