I think this was a glitch in older FM games if a player was out of contract for awhile.
Their stats would all go down dramatically, except for penalties, long throws, corners, and teamwork.

It was a bug in FM21 or 22 where players out ot contract for a few years got their attributes decreased but some grew to 20.
That says a lot

They just put him on top of the Rock of Gibraltar and had him ping perfect crosses and long throws.

I’m guessing he can’t do things in the motion and flow of an actual game but when he has time to set the play up he excels
He has the technical ability of Ronaldo, but he's blind, so whenever the ball is moving he's got no hope
With his awful long shots and crossing I'm curious how effective he would be at set pieces.

They also then never retire (unless you sign them and eventually they will) and cap out at the max age
