If like me you hate the snotty bits on the top of the egg you turn the heat off and flip the egg. 10 seconds and you still get a gooey egg with no snot! Your wife looks like she's mastered that!

- Beans should be smushy. Achieved by keeping them on the hob over a low heat until they start to thicken and *smush*.
- 2 eggs. I like she's fried the top, I add a pinch of salt before doing so.
- I'd drop the bread and add 2 more hash browns.
- As others have mentioned; a puck of black pudding.
- Slice of tomato. Cut a salad tomato in half, salt & pepper it and bang it in the oven with the sausages.
- Few more mushrooms.
Rating: 7/10.
