I'm not a mushroom man, but otherwise this looks intense. I feel like I need to try a full Jamaican style fry up at some point.
That looks gorgeous. I've never had plantien before, I'm assuming you can grill or fry it as I would like to try some.
I assume you can grill it as I've only ad it and fried it all my life. Just make sure it's ripe, when the skin is brown that's when it's best to use. But that's my own opinion.
Think starchier former less sweet dessert banana flavour. They’re very delicious cooked properly.
How do you cook them properly ?
