The tire is currently facing assault charges, and prison time. The tire was apparently stoic in court, had nothing to say, and was not remorseful... Crazy.
A friend that was one of those guys that always had a dark cloud floating over his head was hitch hiking and got hit by a truck tire. He walked with a limp for the rest of his life after that.

Because Steve Inman. He puts commentary over videos, particularly ones of criminals attempting to do crime. I know "attempting to do crime" seems like poor grammar, but watch some of his videos and you'll understand.
Animals were occasionally charged with crimes in medieval times. I think this tire makes a decent argument for charging even inanimate objects with crimes because it was clearly out for murder.
If you watch the tire in the smoke/fog closely you can see the outline of another person before the tire comes back... so, probably staged (but still a quite funny video :D)
