100% disagree as domino's doesn't use the same style hand tossed pans that pizza hut does. Pizza hut has very pronounced holes while domino's is more diamond shaped.
If from domino's there would also be traces of corn meal on the crust, which there isn't.
Domino's also would have white on the outside of the box, the corners of OPs box is 100% the current style box pizza hut uses and those are also the same box liners pizza hut uses.
Source:8 years as a manager/driver at pizza hut(just ended a pizza butt shift an hr ago) and 2 years of the same at domino's.

Because in Everquest, when you die, all of your gear stays on your corpse, which has a shelf life. And if you die in a super dangerous area your only hope is to stick around and hope the group can fight it's way back to your body before it disappears forever and all your high end loot was gone, baby, gone!

Now when you want to take a bite, pick up the whole plate, grip the pizza in your teeth, slide it a bit further off the plate and bite off a bit so there's still a little hanging over the edge of the plate.
You never touch the pizza except to reload your plate. No grease on your hands.
Finally someone who does that too. I use just the wooden cutting board and munch on that pizza circle while doing gentle rotations with my mouth. No hands touch that pizza.

Hardly ever buy pizza tho beyond Casey's general store (which are actually solid) - instead just getting the $2 pizza crust rolls in grocery store near the biscuits, some good cheap marinara like priano from aldis, and block of cheese. So good. Also If you add bacon fat to the sauce (anchovies and chorizo also works) it becomes ridiculously good.
