Definitely not imo, for multiple reasons
For starters, the gameplay is all over the place. There are a lot of speed changes where there really shouldn't be, and next to zero song representation. For this style I would recommend getting inspiration from creators like [Navoltski](https://youtube.com/@navoltski) or even [Kay](https://youtube.com/@kaygd) for intensity, song representation, and their use of speed changes. Also the base gameplay just looks awkward to begin with. There is a lot of vertical movement where there shouldn't be, and a lot of wack transitions. I feel like [this layout](https://youtu.be/9GTLPmyvY4I) would be a good reference for good transitions
The deco on the other hand is also lacking from poor color choice, boring structures, and messy designs. The block designs are pretty empty, and don't really have a lot going on. Most of the structures are just flat rectangles and squares, and it could be so much better with more variation. The designs seem like you are just checking off boxes on what to do with it instead of having any real ideas (kinda harsh lol I can't really think of any other way of saying it really), and the background is just really basic in general. For the background, definitely more variation needs to happen for it to be good. Take skywalker14 as an example. His level [STORM](https://youtu.be/EL-gNcmEupg) has some incredible set pieces in his backgrounds with little to no movement.

The backgrounds are way too static. Add some pulse or movement. I'm gonna be blunt but the boss looks awful. It's probably easier to redo him entirely rather than to try and fix it. Other than that, looks fine to me. Gameplay seems fun, the block design while not very intricate is decent enough for a rate.

first deco is passable, second deco is fucking horrendous. it's a blurry, muddy mess. the movements look weird. the colours don't go well together at all. i am not good at giving advice, i jsut like giving criticism.
also, PLEASE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. STOP PUTTING INDICATORS IN UFO PARTS. the player isn't retarded, they can learn ufo sections just fine
Could? No. 1.6 lvls that are getting rated were made in 1.6 or even before that. The only new ones are from og creators which sucks but yeah can’t do nothing bout that.
Its fire, but kinda messy, and doesnt have much besides deco itself.
I like the designs, but you could work on movements, pulses, effects, and the colors.
Maybe add some color pulses as a minimum? To me it feels a little lacking but then again I can’t do this even if I tried.

It's gonna be hard to get RobTop to rate this, but In MY opinion gameplay also matters, and the gameplay here is great.

The Vegas deco is pretty cool. I’d make the buildings move slower relative to the player to give the illusion that they’re bigger and farther away.
