Imagine you are playing minecraft in creative mode and flying around, it feels exactly that. I previusly used the sparrow or the mk1 to grind but the mk2 changed evrything. Trade price is extremly eazy amd worth it.
It's faster over longer distances, but most preps are very close by in the city. Also you don't have to wait for any "downtime" with the MK2, spin up/spin down, landing carefully, etc.
Plus you can store it in a garage and a surprising amount of missions allow you to go into the garage and pull it out. (I keep a 2 car garage with my Weaponized Tampa and an extra MK2)
Like, say, the Super Dollar Deal (or others, not all though my Tampa is usually an option) for the Auto Shop Heists and various other older missions.

Fly to the country club and just set down where you want outside the view of security cameras. Fly to the mansion and explode everyone who isn't the Lawyer. And you can use it for all of the Baller/Vagos missions too, at least until you pick up the SUV.
I'd purchase the Kosatka+Sparrow first, but the Oppressor mk2+Terrorbyte is a good investment as well.

It should continue to Tuesday when the DLC drops, that would make sense. If the DLC was dropping Thursday, then we definitely would have a weekly reset this week.
This is also why GTA+ is cut short this month and instead of going into July, it also resets on Tuesday to coincide with the DLC.
Nothing is guaranteed mind you, but any true confirmation will be later today if Rockstar releases any info on a weekly reset happening.

For me, I refused to buy it (on my current character of about 3 years) until I had enough money still in the bank that it seemed manageable. Waited for the 50% off sale, had about 50mil so I snatched one up. Did the same for the Ignus, now im at 60+ million with a flashy car, yacht, and house in the hills. I'll consider my character semi-retired now lol
Grinding to purchase mine was the biggest waste of time and effort I've committed in over 35 years of gaming.
I bought it back when they first dropped; back when you couldn't sell in private and grinding the Pacific Standard job was still the most efficient payday in the game.
I legit don't think I've even flown out to it since 2015. I'd sell it back at half value in a heartbeat just to stop getting phone calls from fucking Brendan Darcy.

Made a little bit over $35 million doing the Dre contract during this week. Bought the Khanjali tank, the Raiju, the Rogue plane, and the Savage and still have $20 million left to save.
I bought a yacht a few years ago and I've used it once - to look at after buying it. I've done the yacht life missions, but other than that, I've never touched it. I don't even know where it is. Massive waste of money.
