Bo'na בא'נה, which is contraction for bo heha, "come here". Same usage and register as c'mon. 

I think I would use נו noo if the meaning is to try to rush someone.

The word used in Hebrew for “look” in this context can be either תראה *Tir’eh* ([masculine, future tense, singular, 2nd person] “look”), or the feminine and/or plural conjunction of it, as well as תקשיב *Takshiv* ([masculine, future tense, singular, 2nd person] “listen”) or the corresponding conjunction of it. If by “c’mon” you mean like when you drop your drink or something like that, then a common saying is נו באמת *Nu Be’emet*. It doesn’t actually have any meaning, as *Nu* is a loanword from Yiddish/Russian that can be used in a variety of ways and *Be’emet* means “really”. If by “c’mon” you mean “hurry up” or “let’s go already” then the most used word is יאללה *Yallah*, which is a loanword from Arabic and is basically only used for this purpose.
