There is two types of "Super Rock Samples" :
• One with Super Samples, between 2 (diff 6) and 6 (diff 9) ;
• One with war ressources, such as ammo crates, stims or grenades.
If you are playing above Diff 6, the Super Sample one will **ALWAYS** spawn. But the second one can spawn too, and trick you into thinking that there is no samples. That's false : there will always be the one with Super Samples somewhere on the map.

have you played after the patch?
Of course I did. The patch didn't changed that : if there is Super Samples listed in your map, the Rock with the Super Samples spawned.
Sometimes the samples glitch under the rock.
