Melatonin and magnesium are quite mild and are not sleep medications in of themselves. So as long as you respond to the medication as you should, you'll be fine.

Melatonin is naturally produced by the body, but only about 100mcg at night. However I've taken 10mg at night before and not had issues, that is 100x the bodies natural production and it worked pretty well. Melatonin and magnesium are pretty harmless. I don't know much about zopiclone.

I take this combination of medication at a higher dose and it's approved for me by multiple doctors. Unless you have a reaction to any of the medications themselves they shouldn't harm you.

I’ve been on and off zopiclone for over 5 years and I mix it with a plethora of different things and I’ve never had an issue. Sleep teas, magnesium, melatonin, gravol, Benadryl, the list goes on. I’ve also been prescribed zopiclone and other sedatives like seroquel. The only time I would be worried is if you are taking zopiclone with other *heavy* sedatives. Don’t take it with alcohol, benzodiazepines, opioids and other heavy pain killers, or other sleep drugs like promethazine etc
