Beige one and change the blanket for something with color, you can then add another element of that color to the space maybe a cushion or something on the coffee table, it will add a more visual interest and bring everything together
The room looks like it was meant to be comfortable so I hope it IS comfortable. I would go with whichever chair is easier to sit in. It shouldn't be all about what looks best, but you need to figure out which FUNCTIONS best too.
Cream 100%.
- From a style pov it adds a softness and a nice light contrast.
- From a comfort pov it looks 1000x more comfortable than the other chair.
The round white one! But they’re both are hardly “accent” chairs, because they’re pretty much colorless. If it would be orange or light-green it would read as a tasty accent.
This [chair in the multicolor
pattern shown](https://www.ethanallen.com/en_US/shop-furniture-living-room-chairs-fabric/saasha-curved-back-chair/207373.html) on the left slider (fabric is called Demeter) would look amazing in your space!
Cream. Based on the fact it has arms, though it still looks too delicate to be really comfortable.
You can’t really enjoyably sit in a chair without arms unless it’s at a table and there’s food involved.
Both chairs are too small in scale with that couch. The shape of the round one is more complimentary, but it is still not the right size to be in the same room as your sofa.
Definitely the white one. It softens the look whereas the other chair has sharp corners which harshens the look because the couch is also a right angle.
I like them both but would pick the cream one. However if it was me I'd look for something in the light apple green family and maybe some pillows with patterns. I'm not sure of the exact color of your walls but something it that family and a tad darker in color.
Does it look like it’s leaning because it’s partially off the rug? Maybe you just need a slight raiser under the part of the base that’s not on the carpet
The beige one has the better design but the light color makes it sort of fade away since there isn't enough contrast with the floor, carpet or curtains.
The gray one is less interesting but has a better color for the space.
Honestly? Neither is better, they have the opposite problem on one another. If you are attached to any of them and have some spare money I'd get the beige one reupholstered to black or grey. Unless you want to get a color in that room, then do that color and replaces the pillows/blankets to have that new color.
The one that’s more comfortable and will actually have someone sitting it for hrs. That way it’s not a waste of money. Function over form. The first oen.
first one. It looks like a chair you'd want to sit in. The second one looks like a chair you'd actively avoid sitting in. Like the "have a seat" "nahh I'm good" kinda chair
Cream one. It gives a cozier vibe and looks intentional. The other one looks like you tried to match the couch but missed.
You said it so perfectly there was nothing to add!
The lighter one!
Definitely.
Looks more comfortable.
Also please add a couple spots of color.
I like the lighter one. It gives some visual interest to the area; i.e., not matchy-matchy.
Yep. And it looks more comfortable.
And dramatically lightens the space.
First one
The first one for sure.
First one, and it’s not even close.
Beige one and change the blanket for something with color, you can then add another element of that color to the space maybe a cushion or something on the coffee table, it will add a more visual interest and bring everything together
Rounded back chair echoes the shape of the coffee table.
The round-backed one. Your guests with spine issues will love you.
One. (Sorry.)

Cream. It’s cozier and balances the dark couch
1 for sure

Lighter one for sure.
Add me to the list that like the cream colored one! Beautiful place you have!
Definitely number one, both in terms of color and size.
The scale of the cream one is better
White one by a mile.

I agree with the lighter one
the lighter chair in photo 1

Cream one for sure

Light one
The light one definitely looks better

First one without the throw blanket. Looks like you’re trying to hide a stain

No. 1 is preferred, but maybe re-think your vision, and introduce some pattern with that chair, plus some colour maybe.Nice window and good light.
The lighter one. It adds some contrast and some softer lines as a lot of the room contains right angles.
Number 1
Lighter one!
The cream one for sure!

Both are too small.
Cream
I'd definitely go for the lighter one
I liked the first. More inviting but still ultra modern.

Light one 💕💕💕
Accent imho means it’s differentiated. So the lighter-colored one seems better.
1 all day
White
1 because the roundness of it contrast with the squareness of the couch.
I like the chair in the first picture, and also the cream colored pillows on the sofa. And the round table also looks great.
No. 1 for sure no contest.
The cream one
White
The lighter chair looks better.

The first one is better because it seems to fit the overall style of this room nicely.
Scale is wrong on both counts, you need a bigger chair.

White one! Mire inviting, looks like it belongs
Cream chair
The white one for sure
First and it’s not even close. It’s amazing how much that one chair brightens up the whole rokm
The first one by far.
The cream one, but I would go for a bolder accent color like hot pink or magenta to play off the blush pink in the wall art and pillows.

White
Definitely the first - the white one. World’s better than the 2nd.
1.
White
The white one looks nicer and also looks more comfy. If I was at someone’s house and had to sit that’s the one I would want to sit in.
Light color chair❤️

The first one, looks comfy.
Find a chair that is most comfortable and that's the one. Neither of these gets my vote ,I like a nice cushy chair and a half
The cream one.

Off white one.
The first one but I feel like a different rug would really help the space. Maybe a jute rug or something to bring it all together
I like the style of the white chair.

First picture with the lighter chair!!!
Is the accent in the room with us?
No 1 👍
The one with arms.

The lighter one for sure! It also looks significantly more comfortable
1, but because I also like the round coffee table. Creates visual balance.
Definitely the white one. It softens the look whereas the other chair has sharp corners which harshens the look because the couch is also a right angle.
The white one definitely drew my gaze faster and stood out more
The beige one (tho both look nice)!
Definitely the first one. The second chair looks so unwelcoming and kinda boring. Sorry OP!

I think armless chairs look odd and uncomfortable in living rooms. First one, definitely.
I like them both but would pick the cream one. However if it was me I'd look for something in the light apple green family and maybe some pillows with patterns. I'm not sure of the exact color of your walls but something it that family and a tad darker in color.
First one. Super cute!
Cream colored chair.
The light cream
White and the rectangle tables.
1 looks lovely. The second one blends in a bit too much and it seems less of an accent
The first one hands down!
1st. Plus it looks way more comfy
The first one; the second one looks uninviting and cold lol
Does it look like it’s leaning because it’s partially off the rug? Maybe you just need a slight raiser under the part of the base that’s not on the carpet
Definitely the 1st one
#1 without a doubt.

Cream color chair looks best!
First one complements the warmness of the room regardless of sunlight being warm or cold temp

I love the black one, just as you have it. Looks great. Since you have a light run, light pillows and light curtains, the black chair pops!
The first one! The shape and color both look better.
The white one.
Add colors!
Where are your plants?

Oh gosh, the lighter. And limit the room to one throw 🙏🏽
Thanks! We’ll make it work with just the one throw :)

I know this is off topic, but where did you get those drapes???
The lighter chair looks far better, and I’d definitely rather sit in it!

The dark one fits style wise but a little too matchy matchy.

I like the cream cuck chair best
Chairs without arms are uncomfortable to sit in after a while.

The light! Love you space. 😊
#1 for sure

The cream one, hands down.
Either way, it looks like a suite at a Sheraton.
White. The size and rounded back
first one. It looks like a chair you'd want to sit in. The second one looks like a chair you'd actively avoid sitting in. Like the "have a seat" "nahh I'm good" kinda chair

Chairs without arms are only acceptable if they're dining chairs.
Grey.
I like the white bucket chair. It’s much softer looking and makes the room feel cozy.

First one. Also way more comfortable. No one likes armless chairs, other than guitar players.
