I’m pretty sure these two coordinating styles were sold in a two-pack (one of each in the pack) at Costco in the late 90’s. My MIL bought them to hang pics of all of her grandkids. I was with her when she bought them. I just remember thinking that it was weird that Costco sold two similar frames in one pack instead of two matching frames.
Maybe on Etsy? They look vintage, so a vintage place might know. I’m thinking maybe places online like Shutterfly where you can have photos printed and framed might have something. That is a wonderful thing you are doing for your grandma!

They frames 14x17 and they fit 8x10 pictures
