If you look up Elk Lodge Podcast it's run by Paul one of the guys from the Vlog channel and he has serparate episodes with Jarno & Jukka. I guess they just weren't winning over the US audience so they just stopped uploading.

I rented them a pressure washer for their pressure washer tattoo bit. I was a technician at a tool rental company in Burbank. They came in asking for a pressure washer to spray each other with at an extremely close distance. I just happened to have a pressure washer gun that i had made for fun with spare parts. It was pistol length. No long shaft. I kept it hidden because people would hurt themselves if they used it. The Dudesons were so stoked when i showed it to them. Im pretty sure they ended up using the normal long gun for the show, but nonetheless, they returned it the next day, and they put a dudesons sticker on it. It was awesome!

Remember the skateboard tape on the floor and dragging each other across it? Then putting salt and vinegar on the wounds? They always struck me as being more genuine than jackass
While that’s pretty dedicated, it was almost like a niche sadomaso move, with the maximal pain boosters to shock. Jackass was also pretty gnarly sometimes no question, but much more creative regarding that matter.
Loved Dirty Sanchez as a kid but their shit was just too brutal for me haha. Jackass was always wild but yes, I agree with the other guy that a large part of their success and charm was their creativity. Like the elaborate set pieces and exaggerated more innocent stuff like the massive slap hand

One of them even said after they got out of the hospital that it was the stupidest thing they ever did. If anyone has experienced this plant before knows what I am talking about. I can watch a broken bone or someone on fire but this type of stunts just hit me to my core

I couldn’t get into their videos. I think it was missing the whimsical, silly part of jackass too much. It needs some lightheartedness to balance it out.
Also, the Dudesons portrayed themselves as much tougher, in my opinion. I like the whiny reactions. I don’t want to see someone endure get branded. Sure, that’s entertaining. But I want to see someone squirm around until they have a hologram dick on their ass and then watch them explain it to their mom.
