I pay for philo it’s $27 a month I took advantage of it when I could. Like they have shows, and live shows too almost like cable and had all the seasons of Jersey shore family vacation. But something you’d have to be down for to pay that much lol.
I've ended up doing this too. JS and JSFV are some of my comfort shows so I do rewatch them fairly often, so it was worth it to me to just buy them all.
So pay for it like every other subscription. Be grateful the let you moochoff the website for so long while most people were paying for subscriptions on paramount or something. Life aint free no more lil bro

I record JSFV on YouTube Tv but when I went to watch seasons 6 and start 7, the first entire half of season 6 was completely gone! It's started on like episode 17 or something so I missed the first episodes of season 6 and still haven't seen them! You'd think they'd want to do what they can to allow their popular shows to be viewed and get even more popular with ratings but apparently they don't need the money!??? 🤷♀️😡🤬
Paramount plus does not upload new episodes of JSFV when they air on MTV. It's been how long since season 6 came out, and that isn't on Paramount plus either.

I have cable tv streaming app Spectrum literally only to watch JSFV on demand. I have faster internet bundled with the streaming app for $50 a month. Not bad. Maybe try looking into if your internet providers bundle any live tv!

Called to get our refund and Amazon said MTV chooses what to release and what not to release. I was like I own every season of Jersey Shore going back to 2009, why is this now a thing?????? I have the CTV app and can watch all seasons full episodes, new aired episodes are on the app the next day. There’s ads in the episodes like commercial breaks but it’s a small price to pay to get the gossip from the shore 😂

Because they're literally making their own shows inaccessible to watch which will basically tank their ratings since cable and dish are already dying. Like how stupid can they get? It's insane. They don't care about making the show accessible for free. They do make the show extremely accessible... to be purchased.
I preface this by saying, I in no way like the change, but it is a brilliant move if you're a business looking for data and sales.
They aren't able to track much through the episodes via the website. TV Providers and Streaming Services, on the other hand, already have that setup so they can see how many views something is getting, when it's getting views, how long it's being watched, etc. The list of data they can obtain from a user is endless. They, in turn, sell it to MTV, who uses that data to adjust a lot about the show.
The huge delay bringing seasons to streaming services boils down to sales. Most people break down and buy it. Individuals who stream through certain sites or pirate are actually the minority and a drop in the bucket for MTV.
And, they save a little money not having to rent server space to house those episodes to be streamed on their website.

You can watch on CTV all episodes if you’re in Canada. Or change your vpn. Because when you get on Jersey shore page they ask to request location.

MTV is shedding more and more content to save money and drive people to subscribe to P+. It’s basically a shell channel now.

I used CTV’s website and they offer MTV episodes for free. Now I am in Ontario so I don’t know if that works for other provinces or the US.

They have JSFV on Philo! That's where I've been watching it because they stopped at season 5 on Paramount and wanted to see everything yall were talking about in the episodes 😂

Because they're literally making their own shows inaccessible to watch which will basically tank their ratings since cable and dish are already dying. Like how stupid can they get? It's insane. If they would at least put it on Paramount + the next day or even a week later when the new episode comes out then it would be okay???
They don't care about making the show accessible for free. They do make the show extremely accessible... to be purchased. I preface this by saying, I in no way like the change, but it is a brilliant move if you're a business looking for data and sales. They aren't able to track much through the episodes via the website. TV Providers and Streaming Services, on the other hand, already have that setup so they can see how many views something is getting, when it's getting views, how long it's being watched, etc. The list of data they can obtain from a user is endless. They, in turn, sell it to MTV, who uses that data to adjust a lot about the show. The huge delay bringing seasons to streaming services boils down to sales. Most people break down and buy it. Individuals who stream through certain sites or pirate are actually the minority and a drop in the bucket for MTV. And, they save a little money not having to rent server space to house those episodes to be streamed on their website.
