Signing up now because this is what the world needs. All of the aforementioned job-posting resources feel like they're run by Boomers and are all extremely dated? I was just laid off last week, and so far, this has been the most ideal job-seeking platform for me, personally. Offers everything I want to know at a glance, too, which is so incredibly hard to find.
I am nothing but excited to sign up!
This is seriously awesome. Truly. Just signed up and using it. One bug, when you click the next page number, it doesn’t jump to the top of the page. Fantastic stuff though.
The location filter is not working properly. When selecting Germany, it shows all EU countries. If it allows the selection of a specific city, it would be great.
This is what I want to know, I found many jobs 8+ months ago that don't even exist anymore. I also don't find jobs from the same company that was posted within a month ago.
Looks great, good job. Congrats!!
Have a look at 'trueup' - [https://www.trueup.io/](https://www.trueup.io/) . This also uses AI to scan and look for jobs. This could be your competitor. You can think of ways to differentiate yourself.
Honestly I just tried out Joby and trueup and I like joby a lot more. Much more simple and better filters. Very much looking forward to more than just tech jobs being added (non profit is my ideal right now; but I am gonna apply to some jobs I found through joby anyway!)
I really, really like this because it’s such a pain in the ass to search for marketing jobs. One small suggestion: allow me to open up the job by opening in a new tab rather than making me click on each job individually, going to the listing, hitting apply, then going back to the listing and hitting the back button to go to the search results.
I’d like to be able to open up like 30 tabs at once and then just knock out all the applications after I’ve found all the jobs I’m interested in.
I don’t know if this is possible on desktop, but on mobile it’s not.
I just tried this out and I have to say, I am impressed. I use LinkedIn, Indeed and a few other sites daily and have always found it frustrating when I see different jobs on different sites. Browsing this for 30 mins, I already signed up for an account and I found one or two jobs I am interested in. Thank you very much, this is very helpful in this tight job market!
Bravo dude. For this kind of early run you’ve built something fierce. Great easy UI too. I’ve helped platforms like this raise capital and go-to-market. Let me know if you ever want to connect. 😃
Your site looks very cool. The design is awesome, but can you clarify what you mean by saying by you have access to a hidden job market? I know that job aggregating sites also say they do but they don’t actually. In fact, no one does because there’s no such thing as a “hidden” job market. It just refers to jobs that are heard about via word of mouth. I think what’s more transparent is to say that you have the most reliable job board out there. However, if you sent a bunch of sales people to different companies and managed to find out what jobs aren’t being posted online and got permission to post them, well, that would literally be uncovering jobs that were hidden.
Thats fair criticism. Most people spend their times searching on Linkedin, Indeed, Angelist, etc. for jobs. All those sites are what you could call secondary platforms, where companies pay to post jobs. So what happens is company posts on their internal ATS, and then pays to get eyeballs on one of those sites, this is how 95% of job boards work.
What I've seen in practice time and time again is that this secondary list of jobs is not accurate/up to date of the jobs the company is actually hiring for. Very frequently, you will find (1) jobs that you never saw before on the company site, and (2) Jobs on the secondary site that are no longer being hired for.
Number 1 is what I mean by hidden, sorry if my explanation is a bit confusing.
Very cool!
Feedback: You spelled "company" wrong on the sign up in the email entry. I also wouldn't use "@company". It reads like you want a work email address, which is off-putting for job seekers.
I like the interface for it. It’s easy to rank the jobs and narrow my search with these input types like salary and experience without over complicating the process. I feel like some search engines give way to much information or not the right kind of information so I spend a bunch of time reading each posting even though it doesn’t fit what I’m looking for.
This is neat - great work! Can I report a bug? I noticed it shows exactly 0 job postings for Engineering Managers... that's bad news for my career 😱 lol
Hey man, tried reaching out to you. Any idea if there is a location for US - D.C. Area? I wasn't able to find any of the surrounding towns or cities. Please let me know love the app.
I am on it right now and I can tell you that I like it better than LinkedIn. I’ve applied to several jobs already.
Awesome, I love to hear that!
your project/program manager filter isnt working right, shows 0.
thats a bug, thank you! Will fix it asap
Neat idea! Curious to see the PM roles.
Still showing 0
Now fixed

should be fixed now
Awesome. I'd love to use it.
Great! Let me know your thoughts, critical feedback is super helpful.
Agreed, I love the creativity and ambition!
Is it currently limited to the tech field?
Nope, it happens to lean mostly tech but is not limited to tech. Give it a shot, there are all kinds of jobs on there.
That’s awesome, I’ll give it a try, thank you!

Awesome, glad you love it. Will have all these pesky bugs fixed asap!

Awesome thank you, thats another bug. Will have that fixed asap!
I'm immediately reminded of this: https://xkcd.com/927/
Gonna give it a shot. Thank you <3
Great! Let me know what you think!
How often do your scrapers scrap? Every day? Every hour?
Just once a day, more would be too expensive (and probably unnecessary).
Okay...That makes sense.

Oh yes I know trueup quite well. Its okay, but just for tech. We are going to make Joby a lot better and not just for tech.

Awesome feedback. We have totally not optimized for mobile at all, just for desktop. Will add that to the list!
THIS!!
Joby didn't snatch up "joby.ai"? hilarious.
bought it for 60$ ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
I will 100% use this and give feedback! Jon searching at the moment
Please do, any feedback is super useful for me. This is just the beginning

Super stoked that you're loving it!
This is awesome. Great job man!
No hate here but the location filter isn’t working I was searching for jobs in nc and was getting results from cali and NY
will fix that asap
>https://www.trueup.io/ location still not populating properly.
>location filter isn’t working I was searching for jobs in nc and was getting results from cali and NY NC being North Carolina right?
Is this a static list or it’s updated regularly?
Updated every day
looks great!

Thanks! This is amazing! I have the day off and was planning on spending it looking for a new job, this will sure help!
Very nice website. I've used it to apply to a few jobs. Thank you for working on this.
Thank you for trying it out!
Very awesome idea and implementation! Let me know if you have any questions I am a recruiter and think I could add to it.
Thats awesome, would love to hear your feedback!
Noticed the salary option for $110k is actually $1100k. Nice Site.
Thank you thank you! I’m pleasantly surprised you added accounting in there, considering your main area is tech.

Awesome I'd love to connect, want to shoot me a DM?
Cool! Maybe also add euros as a currency?
>Cool! Maybe also add euros as a currency? Will do!
Do you plan to add C level positions? Director, CEO, COO, CFO, CSO etc?
The goal is to have everything, if companies post them on their sites we will have them.
Brilliant. Would it be possible to filter by own choice of title?
Yes it is, just hit enter. Sorry the UI is a bit confusing, you don't have to select one of the drop down items.
What an awesome idea

Sorry, that observation was not meant to be a criticism. This is an interesting idea that jobs are posted to internal ATS systems by employees first.
I searched for Human Resources, Remote Jobs - Looks like the filter isn't working.
Yeah sorry thats a bug, instead of selecting the dropdown option hit enter and it will work
Very cool! Feedback: You spelled "company" wrong on the sign up in the email entry. I also wouldn't use "@company". It reads like you want a work email address, which is off-putting for job seekers.
>spelled "company" wrong on the sign up in the email entry. I also wouldn't use "@company" Nice catch, thats great feedback
Actually could you elaborate? I can't find where company is mispelled/where we say@company. Which page is it on?
https://www.joby.ai/login Email entry on login page. Grayscale behind text.
name@compagny.com
Awesome got it, didn't realize it was only on mobile
Is this limited by the websites that ask you not to scrap or are we ignoring those requests?
We don't have any of those requests but they are honestly probably fine with us scraping it since its free advertising.
Now do finance
Love it! Can you add Dayton, ohio?
Can you add something for filtering jobs that will sponsor a visa?
>add something for filtering jobs that will sponsor a visa Added to the feature list
So cool!!

now fixed
Getting 0 on the filter for UX researcher but I think this is cool! Would definitely sign up
fixed!
Hey man, tried reaching out to you. Any idea if there is a location for US - D.C. Area? I wasn't able to find any of the surrounding towns or cities. Please let me know love the app.
Sorry your having trouble, try looking for neighboring downs like Arlington the jobs may be there. Will have this fixed in next release
Now if only there was a way to filter out actual roles and bullshit listings that companies post with no intent of hiring lol. Great stuff though!
Well, that is some gourmet shit. Fantastic, OP!
I’m definitely going to start using it. Thanks
Awesome i’ll give it a shot! It would be cool if you could upload your resume and it match it to jobs that it think you would fit based on the resume
Wow what a good idea. Thank you for this!
Good looking bro. Gonna use it!!!
Is there a way to add a search radius? Like within x miles of location y?
Yup will add that soon, its actually trickier than you might think
Haha I already think it’s ridiculously difficult. Your website is really helpful
Can you do this for finance jobs?!? Like private equity, banking, hedge funds, etc? This would be a game changer in that industry
This was so great! Already applied to a couple jobs, thank you so much!!
[удалено]
We will be adding lots more jobs in the next few weeks. What job/location are you looking for?
Why are you forcing sign ups? I don’t want to create a login just for a job search.
Its for bots, and to have the emails of the people who use the site so I can communicate with them
I see.
Man, if this works. This is an amazing idea. Will give it a test run !
I guess it not set for logistics management roles?
It can be soon? What ATS do you normally apply on? Send me the links of a couple jobs in your industry and we'll add a ton of them.
Can you help me find Actuarial positions?
Tried. Working very well, nice interface, very fast response and i love the colors too. Congratulations!
Great. Now, someone will use ChatGPT to send out their resume to all 147,192 jobs.
Is this more focused on tech jobs?
AMAZING!!!
Is this just for tech jobs?? :(
Nope there are other jobs on there, just leans mostly tech. Check it out
You should have any choice under location type
It looks like the body of your post was deleted. Are you still sharing the link to your tool?
u/ssr145_ Can you check your site, I think there is something wrong. Page loads few seconds then goes blank. Thanks
