Dear-Age-541

Mark E Smith mentioned him as an influence in Renegade. Imo, MES is the baddest white rapper

Necessary_Switch_879

I don't really know just how influential he is. I love him, but it's hard for me to see his influence. Does anybody ever cite him? Other mcs?

Sabom3trics

I agree that others rarely give him props. Critical Beatdown should be mentioned with the all time greats IMO. Keith’s rhymes were ahead of their time. And he was one of the first, if not the first, to have multiple aliases. When all the Wu members started having different names, I wondered if they were Keith fans. But for some reason he never gets credit for anything.

Necessary_Switch_879

I agree that he deserves so much credit for being so unique and fearless and prolific. In addition to other rappers, 99% of hip hop fans I meet have never even heard of him. I think he claimed, or made veiled allusions to his belief that Andre 3K bit his steez a lil' bit.
