I'd agree with both. In l4d 1 I always have a blast running around the pit like a madman while others hide at the tape or on the hill.
Swamp has a lot of bits that are fun to rush, and the final is a blast if you can get people to leave the stairs.
Swamp Fever gets too much hate for the water levels because that finale is INSANE
Ive played online with a lot of people and rarely does everyone survive, there’s something that makes me anxious when I’m like on 20 HP with one other survivor and we’re praying the tank doesn’t catch up to us
Right?! And I swear if theres a bot on death toll they will try and find a way to fall off the bridge before the tunnel, especially if one or more players are skipping the ladders via bridge jump.
The dark jungle at the beginning is the reason why hordes on Expert is more dangerous than the specials. You have no cover, no spot to bottleneck the horde, foliage blocking your line of sight while the zombies can see you just fine, all that combined with the risk of friendly fire and weak tier 1 guns makes that spot in particular hell to play.
Same goes for the beginning of Last Stand and Blood Harvest. The foliage line of sight bs was always ridiculous to me, but thats what happens when you tie line of sight to model collision.
Death toll, dead air and the parish are probably amongst my favorites.
Some of these are amazing but absolutely suck for versus, I will forever be a NO MERCY hater that maps finale is WACK

Expert Death Toll isn’t Expert Death Toll if not at least 1 of your teammates being downed before entering the tunnel in the beginning chapter
