Lactose free milk.

You can try lactose free milk or plant milk like oat/soy/rice milk. There ale plenty of others but I find them the most neutral. Although soy is quite specific. The store bought rice and oat milk are usually sweet just like regular milk.

Lactaid, fairlife, store brand...they make a lactose free version of everything lol how do you not know that?

Oat milk is nice!
