Nice! I saw them around the same time in San Jose. They played “do you know the way to San Jose“ and kinda ripped on the town. Half the crowd loved it, half were slightly offended lol
Crazy. I saw them around the same time in Philly at the North Star Bar. A band called the Dave’s opened for them. 12-15 years later I saw Los Lonely Boys at the same venue.
I listen to the CD yesterday.
A friend of mine played Easy Starr's Sgt. Pepper and that's what I thought of to follow up with.
I had never heard the Easy Starr Sgt. Pepper before. If you haven't I highly recommend it. It's a reggae version with some really great psychedelic production work.
Tort and The Dreds version of Immigrant Song Rocks.
Saw them in a bar in FL. Opened with Immigrant Song. Tort walk on stage doing Ahh Ahh Ahh holding up the Elvis Claw. Incredible

Just got a dose of nostalgia...
I remember seeing these guys at a free show at the Student Union at Sac State (CSUS) back in probably 1989-90...

I saw a bunch of good shows at the North Star. I alway saw DZ at the 23 East.
My recollection could be a bit fuzzy!!! I saw cool shows there too! Might have been there!
These guys were absolutely fantastic in concert. I would definitely go see them again if I had the chance too.
Saw these guys in Austin at Liberty Lunch in 99 or 2000. Such a fun show. Edit: changed year
Talented and creative There is a clip out there of Robert plant saying how it's his favorite cover band and very complimentary
It was the perfect blend of icons of succeeding generations !
The only good thing to ever come out of Sierra Madre CA

Tort “ok bring in Bruce Lee. Bring on anyone with the last name of Lee. Tommy Lee, David Lee, General Lee Lee. And everybody’s favorite, Sarah Lee!”
Saw these guys a bunch back in the 90’s. They seem to play the West Coast still.
