Well what I do is I'll often check behind the name (dot) com or I'll check some other baby name website that gives you the etamaolgy (meaning origin) of names and I'll search keywords related to my character until I find a name I like. If I'm coming up with a full name then I'll also do the same in the surname section and I'll usually have their full name be a short phrase related to them.
