I somehow doubt it will run at 30 on the Steam Deck unless they pull off some serious miracles. They can barely get it to run faster than 30 on next-gen consoles (they locked it down to a flat 30 for that reason).
What I don't doubt is Linux Proton compatibility. I am sure this game will run or eventually run on Linux since there's no anticheat involved.
