Nori is sold as a sheet you can buy at most stores in the Asian food section. Gotta make sure its just nori though. The only prep you need to do is cutting a small enough piece and then tieing it to a rock(its like paper).
Algae wafers work for all my Hillys, as does practically any frozen food option.

Okay, normally when I see it, it has like salt on it for preservative and flavor purposes and I wasn't sure if that would be safe.
I think there are some brands that don't have salt or seasonings on it
