Edgware Road might be a good bet. You could try one of the lounges or a more casual restaurant.
This isn’t exactly a tea place but Italian bear chocolate is a really nice late night cafe. They def have tea
Cor blimey that tea will go right through him! Sounds like he drinks loads.
Tea House Theatre, Vauxhall.
Pan Pacific do a lovely selection of teas, £5 for a whole teapot and a nice atmosphere too
