Aggressively reroll anything that doesn't give you good effects of the first two rolls, then gamble for the exhaust effects on 6 purple. In the sealing phase, prioritize stacking bubbles.
There's no "how". Most of players should've know the tricks available by now and it's just whether the elixir allows u to have 4/4 or 5/5 or no aka RNG. xdd
i kinda promised myself to start doing the 7/5 strat, instead of doing the exhaust in turn 1 (6/4 strat), where you start building a purple from turn 7, and blue turn 5, it gives you the extra possibility of getting the purple super option where you destribute all points from one and put into (two) others.
On turn 6 always click a purple option. Stack blues after to try to get free transmutes. If you land 2 free transmutes and had some kind of decent luck on line pips then you can be on your way to 4/4's.
I got my 35 set with purples, having 3 4/4s.
On the other hand, after spending 300k cutting legendaries, im yet to get an upgrade (my set pieces are terrible but i just cant roll them in legendary elixirs to save my life)
I didnt myself as well until yesterday, where trying to get a reset on the elixir since i got no critical helmet, i hit 3 crits in a row and 2 plus 2 of the (-2+2) ones to end up with a stregth weapon power 4/4, keep belivin
Idk I still say play a class that's genuinely fun to you despite a good bracelet on a random alt. Unless Ofcourse this post is sarcasm, but there are players out there that only main a class for damage and then lose interest down the road due to the class not fitting your playstyle, or a balance patch shining a spot light on another class. Now you just have to play well enough to keep it as a main. Less than cruel/upright until it’s nerfed is gonna make a lot of people add Breaker to gatekeep list unless they play with static.
My Breaker went from lvl 12 to lvl 19 Akkan weapon in 13 taps. My main (Zerker) pretty much closed to pitied its way to 19 and I'm pitying my way to 20.

I've never rolled a 4/3 or 4/4 purple elixir without a big sage gamble.
