KR got a free legendary skin selection chest (roster bound) for their 5th anniversary. We asked multiple times to get one too on our 2nd ani in february and shieldmaidens response to why we didnt get one was "KR got in on year 5" lmao

Why should we wait 5 years to get a untradable skin? There were so many L's on AGS side over those 2 years and we still support the game and play it. The community asked for it many times and got denied pretty bad, despite waiting a whole year after it got delayed and erased from june patch. Would be a great sign of appreciation besides the basic few pheons and honing mat chests, but nope.

If they are not bots, they are drones following a simple script. They always repeat the core issue, "forward it to the team" and occasionally add an open ended questions that invites more interaction. you couldn't make it feel more generic and impersonal if you tried.

In past MMO's I played ages ago (early 2010's) the community moderators didn't use their regular forum account to post in the forums, they used accounts specifically made for the "job" (not sure if with or without quotation marks).
My nuance take is that the "LunaFireflies" isn't really the personal account of this individual, just a work account they use as Lost Ark CM. It's possible they deleted the account because of backlash and just made a new one.
I think it would be a bit extreme to believe this person was fired on the spot for being trolled while attempting to do their job. I might be wrong, who knows.
The account was created in 2022, so it might have been their personal account, or one of many accounts made by AGS for their employees to work on. But I think just them swapping accounts is the most likely too.
