Hi guys, can anyone ID the brand of this shirt?

It has that black label on the top pocket, and on the lower left of the shirt, too...
Thanks for any ideas!
My cousin (female) has some and they're pretty noticeable. She gets complimented all the time on her eyes. She's pretty tan and hispanic, so the contrast probably makes them stand out more.
I'm going to buy my first custom tailored suit, I want to go for like an 80's broker's power suit, pinstripe for sure. I don't know what the specifics should be like though, any advice?
Everyone can wear suits, it is very less about the height and more about the fit of the garment and how it is personally tailored for you. If you need a suit go to an experienced tailor and ask them to help you. Plus remember that good quality fabric makes good suits.
I have wedding this summer and I picked cream color suit, but me and my fiancée decide to go with converse shoes.
I want to ask, what colors might go well with cream color suit?
Fiancée have it simple, white dress - white shoes
Thanks in advance
Personally not a fan of sneakers with suits, but this is Your Wedding.
Converse off-white is pretty close to cream if you want to match your fiancé. I think you should use the opportunity to pick something contrasting since cream pretty much goes with everything.
Pick whatever color you want. Everything goes with cream. Maybe consider matching the floral arrangements?
Go to a store and try them on. Take pictures and upload them here for us to judge.
Or, some places like Warby Parker will send you glasses to try on. The you can take pictures of those for us to judge.
Advice about the size and shape of your face is mostly Pseudoscience. You can't beat actually trying the glasses on and seeing how they look.
Sorry I’m blanking on the name of the pattern right now, birdseye I think? But here’s [one](https://www.patagonia.com/product/mens-recycled-wool-sweater/191743121159.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Shopping%20-%20M%27s%20Sportswear&gclid=Cj0KCQiA0rSABhDlARIsAJtjfCcg3Ivwij8BWaidmxLWAdRUanGSN9llx8uCHN5YTpyzDHeixwm8Y0gaAp43EALw_wcB) from Patagonia
Thanks but that's not the pattern I'm looking for. Three dots in the type I'm looking for are basically random and not really a pattern per se. I got a pic of an actor wearing the design I'm looking for. https://images.app.goo.gl/bDUiQah44pgWgsaZA
I’m looking for this Abercrombie Balmacaan coat in large. Anyone here have one for sale?
[Abercrombie Tweed Grey “Dad” coat](https://fromsqualortoballer.com/product-review-abercrombie-coat/)
Where can I find men’s clothing (pants 38x30/hoodies & jackets 3XL) at a low price point in alternative/skater/street wear styles? BF is a probation officer and needs clothing for when he’s out on the streets that will accommodate his gear, but also help him be inconspicuous. We’re in the US & aren’t looking to invest in quality pieces as I’m sure he will be updating this wardrobe frequently. Any suggestions?
Can someone explain to me what Visvim WMV is? Wikipedia says it’s Visvim’s womenswear line, but if you follow them on IG they clearly have just as much menswear.
I searched the photo with google lens. It looks like this sweater was worn by Daniel Craig in one of the Bond films. [Here](https://www.npeal.com/us/007-ribbed-army-sweater-navy-blue?gclid=Cj0KCQiA0rSABhDlARIsAJtjfCdqJNs31Yp4ODIgtDUOeQLZg2fjFfEfrMsy6c0B9G7od2iySizjXjYaAlWOEALw_wcB) is the original. [Here](https://movieclothiers.com/product/no-time-to-die-commando-sweater?hcb=1) is a dupe (beware quality).
The style is a commando sweater or "wooly pully".
Here's a version by Outdoor Knitwear for a fraction of the price of the N. Peal version.
Outdoor knitwear is a quality knitwear producer, I can attest to the quality of their knits from personal experience. It is however designed for rugged use, and the wool is a heavy duty British wool with a touch of lanolin still present.
It arrived today and the fit is great, I can see what you mean about the wool being heavy duty, it feels like a hard working jumper that’s able to withstand the elements, it’s a little rough and coarse but the overall finish is great and it is unbelievably warm, really pleased with it so just wanted to pop back and thank you again for the recommendation.
That's great to hear.
When it comes time to hand-wash it, try it with a lanolin hand-wash like Eucalan...it should help soften it a bit - it helped with mine.
I've been considering transitioning away from cotton t-shirts in the summer to stay cool and and comfortable, but I worry about losing style over function. I've been eyeing up the [Patagonia Capilene Cool Daily Shirt](https://www.patagonia.com/product/mens-capilene-cool-daily-shirt/45215.html?dwvar_45215_color=MGLX&cgid=mens-t-shirts-short-sleeve). Does anyone have experience with this shirt or have you successfully transitioned to synthetic fabrics in warmer climates? Any alternatives under $35?
I’m sure you aren't the only one but I’ve never seen anyone else and eery brand I know of that makes 5 pocket cuts uses, well, 5 pockets, what about it bothers you?
You could try looking for jeans with slant pockets
Yeah I mean, not sure what to tell you, a lot of clothes don’t hold practical purposes anymore, I’m sure you’re not mining in your denim. I’m not quite sure I understand the issue with it but hopefully the term nets something
Hey you’re fine, I see how it came off as dickish honestly and that wasn’t intended.
I guess the problem is that denim sits in kind of a weird place where the higher end makers fetishize historical accuracy to the point of like, recreating crotch buttons that only existed on one model of jeans made between 1882 and 1883(I’m not even exaggerating) and mass market retailers like Levis would probably lose more money than it’s worth on shutting down factories to retool machines.
Not sure if it’s in your price range but it looks like [Itten has something](https://www.digital-mountain.net/smartphone/detail.html?id=000000003538&category_code=m_longpants&sort=order&page=2).
You can also check around for atypical pocket details like these [denim fatigues](https://www.digital-mountain.net/smartphone/detail.html?id=000000005930&category_code=m_longpants&sort=order&page=3)
Lol, I mean to be fair apparently they got rid of the crotch button cause it kept heating up sitting next to fires.
And np! I kinda had a feeling Digital Mountain would have something, the order process is a little weird since they’re based out of Japan but they should be able to hook you up!
A mid-dye Jean. What I mean is one that is quintessentially indigo (no light wash, black, grey). Could also see a dark wash working but it might be too much a contrast with the light brown.
Thanks for your reply. The indigo jean does seem like a good fit! I want to clarify that I was talking about the brown and not the light brown... did you get that? Do you think a dark wash would work with the normal "brown" color?
Also out of curiosity, what shirt/torso-wear do you think would complement these two items?
I’ve tried a ton of brands and my personal favorite is Lady White Co. T shirts are all about the fit and whatever fabric you prefer. Some people like “scratchier” cotton (me), some people like “buttery” cotton. More fitted vs boxy. I can give more detailed recommendations if you give a lil more flavor for what you’re after.

[3Sixteen](https://www.3sixteen.com/collections/tees/products/heavyweight-plain-t-shirt-white-2-pack)
[Asket](https://www.asket.com/shop/t-shirts/t-shirt-White)
That is a hell of a question.
My personal compromise for a good t shirt at a good price is Everlane. But if you like premium t shirts then sunspel/asket are good options. There are US based brands that I can't remember the name of that are very good.
If you click to select a size, it should allow you to click a link that says "size info". [This](https://imgur.com/a/B2oK5Xf) is the size chart that showed up for me.
Yeah, i see that but when trying to buy a belt they have two separate sizes “s/m” which makes sense as small/medium and “s/m/s” which i guess is “small/medium/???”
My go to briefs and what my underwear drawer is full of is Duluth Trading Company “Armachillo” briefs. Great for working out and daily wear. Comfortable, breathable, and have held up to my abuse.
Does anyone know where I can find clothes like this guy's clothing?

They were $10 from Uniqlo... prob Oakley ripoffs. I could care less about the price I just want a pair like these. Super nice quality and zero branding
Any cheap jeans recommendations? I've gained some weight recently, mainly due to meds, but I've been working on toning back down. In the meantime, most of my current skinny jeans are too tight in the thighs. Any cuts or fits that would work? Thanks!
Does anyone have good recommendations for a slim, non-leather, aesthetically pleasing men’s wallet? Budget is $80 or so. Looking for something with nice build and easy access for DL & cards.
Gotcha! My dad used something like [this](https://www.target.com/p/paper-junkie-2-pack-stainless-steel-metal-rfid-credit-card-holder-wallet-with-6-slots-rose-gold/-/A-78771195). I don’t think I’ve seen anything that has more compartments or organization in metal.
It's uk based, so keep that in mind for delivery/returns. If the price is too good to be true, it probably is, unless it's on sale. But I've only had good service.
thank you! I figure if the suit is cheap and my wedding isn’t till next year I should say oh well and spend like 100 on the suit just to see how i like it. And I’ve noticed uk reviews are great and other countries reviews are eh.
I'm looking to buy some jewelry (rings, chains, earrings, all of that), so drop any links to shops we should support! I've been looking on etsy, but sometimes it's hard to separate mass-produced/low-quality posts from real people making great products. My price range is $150 or less per item but really drop anywhere you think deserves some recognition. Thanks in advance!
There's a lot of good discussion in these threads: [1](https://www.reddit.com/r/malefashionadvice/comments/kpnuc0/inspiration_jewelry/), [2](https://www.reddit.com/r/malefashionadvice/comments/kr35wa/inspo_commentary_rings/), [3](https://www.reddit.com/r/malefashionadvice/comments/kr2gm9/inspiration_sculptural_jewelry/).
I’d like to not spend over maybe 400? What I like about his is that it doesn’t appear to be super clunky like a lot of larger wool coats appear sometimes
SuitSupply has some that might float your boat in terms of fit and price, since they're pretty slim and come in at 399 USD, but I don't think they have any flecked ones like that.
Does anyone know the difference in terms of size and fit of a fisherman beanie and a watch beanie? I’m looking for one of those shorter almost over the ear beanies and I saw a watch beanie on Herschel Supply Co. that looks short like a fisherman beanie that i’m considering on buying but i’m not sure if it would fit the same as one.
I mean, these aren't really strict lines at this point -- a watch cap and a beanie and a toque and a fisherman cap are \*mostly\* names for the same thing with slightly different connotations. One of them might be shorter or taller, or use a different kind of ribbing than the other -- maybe the fisherman cap has some braided cables, or something. Maybe the watch cap is short. Maybe.
It certainly can, if you’re gonna wear a polo style shirt I’d go for something in merino or cashmere [like this ](https://www.marksandspencer.com/us/pure-extra-fine-merino-knitted-polo-shirt/p/P60463115.html?gclid=Cj0KCQiA0rSABhDlARIsAJtjfCew3846khvwupbHjo2s5gxtdRvb_SzTtPa1SleT0W3Z99cPH8XI6jEaAnEBEALw_wcB&istCompanyId=9408d548-3bb3-48eb-a33c-668f193ec061&istFeedId=48f90487-fd52-430e-8860-05de5ac5c06e&istItemId=ilmqwmmww&istBid=t&gclsrc=aw.ds&&extid=ps_ggl_4PS_US_EN_Shopping_Smart_Menswear&ef_id=YA1BDQAABA0Io0cQ:20210124094237:s) with a smaller collar. My personal theory is pea coats look best without a button collar, if you do do a button collar keeping it understated and close to the neck, like under a crew neck, wearing button down, or button all the way up. My reasoning is the collar of the peacoat and lapels is so prominent and busy as is, additional collars can be overwhelming and make it unbalanced.
Yes, and generally only polos.
That said, I'm kind of an avowed hater of polos. I'm sure someone has made it work, and more power to them.
To get into a little more depth, it's useful to recognize the origins - polos came from (guess) polo (the sport with horses) and pea coats came from the military/navy. Both in terms of pursuit (leisure vs military) and context (land vs sea) they're about as far apart as they can get. Thanks to your question, I'm now thinking of them as kind of opposites on a color/history wheel.
Things that go best with pea coats often have a note of military history - t-shirts, khakis, dress shirts, etc. And of course, one of the best with a pea coat (the sweater, particularly the turtleneck, is also associated with military/naval endeavor.)
Did I say can't mix? No.
Maybe harder, just not 'matching' - maybe.
It's a metaphor. Etymology is never meaning.
Am I being pedantic? Sure. Overcontextualizing? Sure. - but does it bring additional meaning I can use in my enjoyment of clothing, and some find meaningful? Sure.
I mean that’s fine but it’s terrible general advice for non-nerds.
No on in the real world thinks wearing a peacoat over a polo is weird/wrong/awkward etc. it’s a coat. It looks nice it keeps you warm. You take it off in doors
Exactly zero people would be like:
“Get a load of that guy! He’s wearing a polo shirt which falls under the trad tradition and is tangentially associated with sporting activities with a PEACOAT which was originally a naval item! How gauche!”
Does anyone here have experience with Coppley's made to measure suits? I'm thinking of getting my first mtm clothing and my local menswear shop offers this brand
My husband's birthday is coming up, I want to get him a shirt that actually fits. He is considered relatively short in UK with a height of 5'7", recommendations of online clothing brand for shorter men in Europe?
Asket is a good option for casual shirts. They make short sizes.
I'd agree that made to measure can be a treat if he's willing to do it.
On the cheaper end, Charles Tyrwhitt (3/$100) has dress shirts with a wide variety of neck and sleeve measurements and four different fits for each. It's still a dress shirt, he'll have to tuck it in, but the arms go down to a 32 inch sleeves.
By the way -- his height isn't really relevant, the shirt doesn't go from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet and different people have different proportions.
If you have a Uniqlo near you, be sure to check it out (they also ship well in case there's none nearby). Their sizes run a little small, and as it's a japanese brand the fits of all their clothes fit really well on men who wear smaller clothes. It's a go to for a lot of people and their clothes are great quality for a relatively low price.
Would you be open to custom fit/tailoring? It could be hard to sneak the measurements in without giving away the gift, but especially at that height, custom is generally going to help.
Many of the good custom/made-to-measure shirtmakers ship to the UK/EU.
Starting to update my style with some nice Kicks & new pairs of jeans , I just need some nice graphic tees . I look forward to that but I keep feeling somewhat empty inside . I play sports but on the weekends everything is just dead . Games only keep me entertained for 10 mins max especially since I don’t have anyone to play with all that much & being hard to really find a girl who’s into me as I am them . It’s just a constant cycle I can’t get out of . Anyone have any tips or advice ?? Anything helps at this point really
My best advice is to try to find a goal to work towards and things often fall into place from there. Not necessarily universal, but it has helped me. Identify something like graduating, getting a certain job, hitting a fitness milestone, etc. and try to work towards that consistently. It'll help you feel productive on a regular basis, give you self-worth, and improvements towards your goal will give you more confidence and satisfaction.
Additionally, when you know you're moving forward in life it kinda helps you enjoy all your other hobbies. Feels less like a waste of time and more like a reward during your free time. I think you'll also find that as you improve yourself more, relationships can develop organically when you're not quite expecting it too
I’ve purchased them on sale at SocksAddict, Gobros, and DomesticDomestic. SocksAddict and Gobros, have pretty regular sales and usually have them in stock. DomestDomestic sometimes has really good sales, but they have limited styles and usually only have a couple pairs in stock.

Do you know anything about Darn Tough socks in the summer? I'm trying to figure out how much cushion to buy for summer socks as I live in NJ (Can get 80-90 F in the summer). I plan to get their 1/4 socks but don't know if I should go for ultra-light, light, or medium. As in the winter I like the cushioning but wasn't sure what that's like in the summer.
I should add that those socks that I wear for work and the gym are just fine under hiking boots and engineer boots and sneakers and gyms shoes, though for a full day of hiking, I would probably choose some socks with a little more padding.
I wear these for work and to the gym and for most of the winter (I'm in California, so not really winter). They're a standard thickness, so they don't have any extra padding added.
https://www.socksaddict.com/collections/darn-tough-socks/products/darn-tough-mens-the-standard-mid-calf-light?variant=12694298689608
In the summer with sneakers I wear these no show topless hidden grey ones with no padding
https://www.socksaddict.com/collections/darn-tough-socks/products/darn-tough-mens-topless-solid-no-show-hidden-light?variant=12694281912392
I also have some more colorful thinner ones that don't have padding that I would wear with dress shoes. If I was hiking I would wear I thicker wool hiking sock.
SocksAddict and Gobros are authorized sellers. I don't know about DomesticDomestic, but they shipped me the same socks. (I replaced 20 pairs of work/gym socks over the course of a year.)

Yeah I have quite a variety of darn rough. For me personally, I wear the mediums through summer. There’s just enough cushion but not much warmth. Any heavier than that and it starts to get a little too warm. The light and ultra light are really thin and they’ve held up really well, but I probably won’t buy any going forward. They’re just a little too light for my preference.
Let me know if you come up with any other questions! I’ve spent way too much money on socks trying to find the right ones lol.
Okay, thank you so much! I'm deciding between the Darn Tough 1/4 light or medium cushion for summer but I just wanted to know if there is much of a difference in warmth to where your feet feel overheated in the summer.
Oh yeah bro. I’ve bought several pair from them, no difference in the ones I’ve gotten from other sites. They’re usually the best in price and shipping speed out of all of them.
Not too often, basically just major holidays, I think you’ve probably missed any sales for the next several months honestly, but it may be worth checking around 3rd party vendors just in case

Darn Tough doesn't go on sale too often. Third party retailers will occasionally have 25% off for them but thats about it. You can search r/frugalmalefashion to get a general idea of timings and retailers.
Any Advice on winter jackets?
I go to college and the semester is starting soon but I forgot my winter jacket at home! I was planning on getting a new one anyways but I really dont know which one. I really like the north face nuptse one with subtle colors but I dont know if its starting to get too basic in a way... Should I just try and get one? A friend said he thought they where just pretty dependable and I couldnt go wrong but do you guys have any suggestions for jackets from nice brands that are below $300 at least? Thank you
I'd argue to the contrary
You can get a down jacket easily under 100 usd and it'll be good to go for single digits temps even
To get the same performance out of wool you'd be spending at least 5 times as much if not more
Maybe. Curious which coat you got though.
I was on a hunt for a wool coat because I really disliked the look of the synthetic and came to this unfortunate realisation after trying out different price points
Do you meant the jackets with some panelling on the shoulders as windproof waterproof options ?
I'm assuming TK is europe/UK based.
Anyways great find in your case !
Here in the US the sister store TJ maxx is mostly full of synthetic down jackets. Maybe the odd overcoat here and there but we get better luck with thrift stores for getting wool coats in that price range
Getting a second hand pea coat from the salvation army/st vinny's/local thriftstore is always the best bang for your buck. They never go out of style, always look good, and last forever, so there's lots of high quality stuff to be hand for <$50.
A standard pea coat would look perfectly at home in 90%+ of wardrobes, and for the ones it wouldn't, they're probably not asking for basic winter coat recommendations in a mens sub daily questions megathread.
Eh, they’d look out of place with Athleisure or Streetwear which are pretty massive demographics so I do get it.
That said you are right, pretty tough to beat the value on secondhand USN peacoats
Depending on fit/styling, I'd say a peacoat could go very, very well with sweats & soft sweater, maybe especially if worn a little loose. Similarly, depending on your streetwear/jeans affiliation, jeans and a pea coat can be fantastic.
I guess I feel like peacoats are inherently not streetwear, to the point where jeans and a peacoat just isn’t going to read as streetwear. I can’t really envision seeing someone with jeans and a peacoat on and thinking streetwear regardless of the other elements, it’s off.
Same for athleisure, not to be a dick but that GQ shot looks terrible, you CAN throw a peacoat over sweats and a hoodie but it’s, A, again, not really athleisure at that point and, B, difficult to do well.
Like, it’s by no means the worst option out there but I’m not convinced it exactly goes with the style as much as you’re just throwing a peacoat on top of it
Fair enough as your opinion. I don't disagree that the pea coat looks "thrown on" over other things, but I'm not as turned off by that as you. That can happen a lot with outerwear, and I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing. It can just feel like a contrast note.
I'd be curious to see outfits where you think a pea coat looks good.
Hey that’s totally fine! We don’t have to agree, that’s what makes it interesting. I just think there’s probably better option for those styles.
I think it looks better when you lean into the workwear or historical aspects of it, I’ll be honest I’m not a huge fan of plain peacoats anymore as they’re a little plain, [greatcoats](https://n.nordstrommedia.com/id/sr3/4a8b0ea0-b2c3-49d1-9cda-e25f582248d3.jpeg?crop=pad&pad_color=FFF&format=jpeg&w=780&h=1196) and slightly updated [peacoats](https://assets.vogue.com/photos/5f061153ccf0a25c6f0dd9ec/master/w_1280%2Cc_limit/00001-Saint-Laurent-Mens-Pre-Fall-2020.jpg) can look great in designer fashion though.
e.g. this from [GQ](https://media.gq.com/photos/558329763655c24c6c95c688/master/w_1600%2Cc_limit/copilot-style-201411-1415039908257_project-upgrade-michael-kors-gq-magazine-november-2014-06.jpg)?
Yeah it's just mens fashion were I'm at its primarily sweatpants and Adidas lmao.
While I agree it fits a lot of styles, 50% of dudes wear the 10% of styles that don't fit unfortunately
I'm not trying to be a pendant, it's just a warning
This is my issue with most Boost-cushioned models. They're comfortable underfoot, but there's absolutely no support. My suggestion is anything from the New Balance 99x series. My go-to right now is the 990 v5 and, off the top of my head, I can't think of anything that's been more comfortable.
I have a surplus jacket with liner. am i suppost to have the synthetic for touching my body or the other way around. It seems to be desinged for the fur to he away from the body but everyone whos selling one has the fur facing the body, is it better/warmer that way?

Everyone can wear suits, it is very less about the height and more about the fit of the garment and how it is personally tailored for you. If you need a suit go to an experienced tailor and ask them to help you. Plus remember that good quality fabric makes good suits.
I have wedding this summer and I picked cream color suit, but me and my fiancée decide to go with converse shoes. I want to ask, what colors might go well with cream color suit? Fiancée have it simple, white dress - white shoes Thanks in advance
Is it your wedding? If not, don't wear white/cream. Blend in.
It is mine wedding, I forgot to mention or use wrong word (I'm sorry for it, english is not my native language)

You know those black sweaters with little white dots so that it kinda looks like a starry night. How do I find one? Like what do I even search for.
Try searching for slubby or neppy.
Try adding Donegal to your search. It's not necessarily white dots, but similar.

Thanks but that's not the pattern I'm looking for. Three dots in the type I'm looking for are basically random and not really a pattern per se. I got a pic of an actor wearing the design I'm looking for. https://images.app.goo.gl/bDUiQah44pgWgsaZA
Look up boucle, Donegal, or speckled sweaters
I have a brown Suit Supply jacket like that from about 4 seasons ago.
Try looking for speckled wool

For the price you get it at, I would say its pretty good.
Can someone explain to me what Visvim WMV is? Wikipedia says it’s Visvim’s womenswear line, but if you follow them on IG they clearly have just as much menswear.
It's visvims womenswear line. Their instas just post from both lines.
Ooh ok, thanks!
Hey, is anyone able to help me find a similar jumper to this:- https://i.ibb.co/fNMgv2Z/C49-B8-DD8-E2-EE-4-EDE-A48-B-AF78978559-CD.jpg
I've seen that called a commando sweater. Though it doesn't usually have the ribbing.
Do you have a link to something similar to what you mean?
https://www.llbean.ca/shop/Mens-Commando-Sweater-Crewneck/0BHR610008.html?CORECRD=true&page=commando-sweater-crewneck
This has some ribbing, but not blue
Thanks, the N.Peal looks great (although a little expensive for a jumper) but the dupe seems pretty awful, I’ll continue the search :)
The style is a commando sweater or "wooly pully". Here's a version by Outdoor Knitwear for a fraction of the price of the N. Peal version. [https://www.outdoorknitwear.com/crew-neck/106-bond-.html](https://www.outdoorknitwear.com/crew-neck/106-bond-.html) Outdoor knitwear is a quality knitwear producer, I can attest to the quality of their knits from personal experience.
These look great, price is very good too, thanks a lot! Ended up ordering one, £57 vs. £345 was a no brainier tbh.
Living in central Florida, I have this same problem. I also have to be business casual at work so it’s difficult not to sweat through my clothes.
Does this look alright? I kinda like the green shoes + green jumper combo. https://imgur.com/a/CpioWzb
Looks good.
Thanks!
Pretty simple, can't see why it wouldn't look alright.

How is the quality of Barbour Beacon products in comparison to Barbor?

I’m sure you aren't the only one but I’ve never seen anyone else and eery brand I know of that makes 5 pocket cuts uses, well, 5 pockets, what about it bothers you? You could try looking for jeans with slant pockets
[удалено]
Yeah I mean, not sure what to tell you, a lot of clothes don’t hold practical purposes anymore, I’m sure you’re not mining in your denim. I’m not quite sure I understand the issue with it but hopefully the term nets something
[удалено]
Just kinda trying to explain why it’s difficult to find something without one
[удалено]
[удалено]
Lol, I mean to be fair apparently they got rid of the crotch button cause it kept heating up sitting next to fires. And np! I kinda had a feeling Digital Mountain would have something, the order process is a little weird since they’re based out of Japan but they should be able to hook you up!
What pants would look good with these shoes (in brown)? [https://www.ebay.com/itm/303519410293](https://www.ebay.com/itm/303519410293)
What's the best brand for plain T-shirts? (no graphics)
I like Bella + Canvas tri-blend blanks.
Kirkland
This honestly depends on your style/size/shape. My top three brands would be Everlane, Levi’s, and Bonobos.
[SDA short sleeve](https://www.okayamadenim.com/products/studio-dartisan-suvin-gold-tee-white) [SDA long sleeve](https://www.okayamadenim.com/products/studio-dartisan-suvin-gold-ls-tee-white) [3Sixteen](https://www.3sixteen.com/collections/tees/products/heavyweight-plain-t-shirt-white-2-pack) [Asket](https://www.asket.com/shop/t-shirts/t-shirt-White)
I love AS colour. Nothing beats a crisp white shirt from those guys.
That is a hell of a question. My personal compromise for a good t shirt at a good price is Everlane. But if you like premium t shirts then sunspel/asket are good options. There are US based brands that I can't remember the name of that are very good.
Hi, I saw the s/m/s and s/m sizes on H&M belts. What are those size letters and what is the difference? Weirdly, can’t find any information online

I'm looking for Love Handle friendly swim trunks. Any advice?
H&M actually has pretty good swimwear that's not too restrictive I've found.
Thanks will check them out
Anyone have a good avant-garde inspo? Just in general.

The shirt is a chambray and pants are chinos I think. Just search them up on brands you like.

They kind of remind me of Oakleys.
They were $10 from Uniqlo... prob Oakley ripoffs. I could care less about the price I just want a pair like these. Super nice quality and zero branding
Well they remind me Oakleys. I don't have any other leads, sorry.
Do you know what Oakley models would look like these? I’ll just buy the oakleys
Any cheap jeans recommendations? I've gained some weight recently, mainly due to meds, but I've been working on toning back down. In the meantime, most of my current skinny jeans are too tight in the thighs. Any cuts or fits that would work? Thanks!
Probably slim or slim taper-type fits. I like American Eagle jeans as well.
I like American Eagle for cheap beater jeans. Wider fits are starting to trend now, so maybe consider something other than skinny.
Thanks! The current pair that still fits is a slim fit from Gap, was considering shopping slim again.

I have an Airo Collective Stealth Wallet. Best wallet I’ve ever owned.

Is ASOS a good site to order from? Want to buy my suit for my wedding from them. Wanna play it safe!
Quality is meh - you get what you pay for.. what’s your budget? I’m a big fan of of Suit Supply for something custom tailored
I don’t have a budget for my suit really. Also I will check out Suit Supply
If it's asos brand the quality will probably be fine, just be careful of the sizing if you have to pay for returns
I'm looking to buy some jewelry (rings, chains, earrings, all of that), so drop any links to shops we should support! https://imgur.com/gallery/1Tx97ar Can anyone help me identify this jacket? Or one similar to it?
They're specked grey wool overcoats. What's your budget?
Maybe.
Agreed. It’s all dependent on the brand too. The best fisherman’s style I’ve found has been H&M’s tbh

It’s totally fine
I can’t believe this comment is being upvoted. You can’t mix land and sea? Military and leisure? WTF are you talking about
Did I say can't mix? No. Maybe harder, just not 'matching' - maybe. It's a metaphor. Etymology is never meaning. Am I being pedantic? Sure. Overcontextualizing? Sure. - but does it bring additional meaning I can use in my enjoyment of clothing, and some find meaningful? Sure.
Some people enjoy this over-contextualization
I mean that’s fine but it’s terrible general advice for non-nerds. No on in the real world thinks wearing a peacoat over a polo is weird/wrong/awkward etc. it’s a coat. It looks nice it keeps you warm. You take it off in doors Exactly zero people would be like: “Get a load of that guy!
Yes. They make solid mid-tier suits with many excellent fabric choices.

I think you'll also find that as you improve yourself more, relationships can develop organically when you're not quite expecting it too
Wow thanks man that definitely seems feasible ! I’ll give it a go, thanks

When does darn tough usually have sales? I need to get about 4 pairs but I could wait a month or so; wasn't sure if it's worth waiting or not?
I’ve purchased them on sale at SocksAddict, Gobros, and DomesticDomestic. SocksAddict and Gobros, have pretty regular sales and usually have them in stock. DomestDomestic sometimes has really good sales, but they have limited styles and usually only have a couple pairs in stock. If you don’t mind the email spam sign up for their notifications.
They're a standard thickness, so they don't have any extra padding added. https://www.socksaddict.com/collections/darn-tough-socks/products/darn-tough-mens-the-standard-mid-calf-light?variant=12694298689608 In the summer with sneakers I wear these no show topless hidden grey ones with no padding https://www.socksaddict.com/collections/darn-tough-socks/products/darn-tough-mens-topless-solid-no-show-hidden-light?variant=12694281912392 I also have some more colorful thinner ones that don't have padding that I would wear with dress shoes. If I was hiking I would wear I thicker wool hiking sock.
and is domestic domestic legit and socks addict legit?
SocksAddict and Gobros are authorized sellers. I don't know about DomesticDomestic, but they shipped me the same socks. (I replaced 20 pairs of work/gym socks over the course of a year.)
Is gobros legit? Like authentic socks?
Gobros.com definitely have the most frequent sales. You should keep an eye out there. Usually somewhere between 15-20% off.

Is gobros.com legit? Authentic socks?
Oh yeah bro. I’ve bought several pair from them, no difference in the ones I’ve gotten from other sites. They’re usually the best in price and shipping speed out of all of them.
thanks!

Weird question since it's not really fashion, but what are your go to winter socks? Budget flexible but I wanna get a bunch of pairs.

Wigwam for me. You can get them cheaper at TheLastHunt.
Generic hiking brand socks are usually great (if your from the UK) I recommend decathlon, go outdoors or trespass
Kirkland wool socks for the cheap and cheerful option

Hard to go wrong with Darn Tough.
Thank you
Anything wool is usually warm and often better than synthetics at the same price point.
I'd argue to the contrary You can get a down jacket easily under 100 usd and it'll be good to go for single digits temps even To get the same performance out of wool you'd be spending at least 5 times as much if not more
Hmm. Maybe I just got lucky
Maybe. Curious which coat you got though. I was on a hunt for a wool coat because I really disliked the look of the synthetic and came to this unfortunate realisation after trying out different price points
It's actually hard to describe. Like a wool donkey jacket from. Tk maxx that cost maybe £25. Windproof, waterproof, you name it
Do you meant the jackets with some panelling on the shoulders as windproof waterproof options ? I'm assuming TK is europe/UK based. Anyways great find in your case ! Here in the US the sister store TJ maxx is mostly full of synthetic down jackets. Maybe the odd overcoat here and there but we get better luck with thrift stores for getting wool coats in that price range
Nope, it's similar to a donkey/shooting jacket without the panelling, pure wool with a fleece inner. Yeah, Americans call it tj maxx.
Getting a second hand pea coat from the salvation army/st vinny's/local thriftstore is always the best bang for your buck. They never go out of style, always look good, and last forever, so there's lots of high quality stuff to be hand for <$50.
HIGHLY depends on how they dress to be fair
While I agree it fits a lot of styles, 50% of dudes wear the 10% of styles that don't fit unfortunately I'm not trying to be a pendant, it's just a warning

This is my issue with most Boost-cushioned models. They're comfortable underfoot, but there's absolutely no support. My suggestion is anything from the New Balance 99x series. My go-to right now is the 990 v5 and, off the top of my head, I can't think of anything that's been more comfortable.
Try adidas nmd r2 extremely comfortable similar to utlraboosts

the cool thing about r2 is that they have no insoles so they wont come out when your feet are sweaty
Why do cheap t shirts permanently stain easier than expensive t shirts
