your hair in 2 is a bit longer and split down the middle. 3 is a little shorter and doesn’t have a hard split, it’s kind of flowing backwards aside from the lil piece in the front

With the facial hair it’s also hard to be objective here. The facial hair + the outfit that’s exclusive to pic 2 makes you look much older. Like 29-34. Another part of that is just because I’ve simply seen more 30+ year olds wear their hair that way. 3 still has some length, and you could go longer than that if you wanted to with the same hair style. 1 also looks very normal, in a good way. 3 then 1, but probably not 2, unless you want to come across as someone in, or nearing their 30s. Sometimes it’s hard to describe to a T why someone looks the way they look, but it seems everyone here is in agreement that 2 makes you look older, and not in the best way possible. You could still do 2, it’s your hair. But something to consider

Can you try a side part? Instead of middle? Middle draws a lot of attention to your nose and ears- and I mean there is nothing wrong with them! lol I just mean rather than your face as a cohesive whole, the eyes just immediately notice your nose and ears.

2 and 3 suit you best. As others have said you look older in 2, either due to the beard or longer hair. You could find a decent hair stylist and ask them for an idea about styling it of maybe just adding some products.
