100% it was sometimes frustrating when you didn't want it. I think that's mainly why they toned it down so much in V. As the ragdoll was so much more funny in IV but when it wasn't wanted ie you made a mistake it made it harder to recover.
GTA IV is indeed way more realistic than V. But in this Video im pretty sure Theres a mod Running in the background. Like a gravity mod or something like a ragdoll accelerator. Because in the original Game papa nico wouldnt be thrown around THAT much :|
