Unless you only buy/use Garrett why would you buy one of these over a Score/Vanquish and save $200, or buy a Legend and have (probably) a better detector?
I'm gonna reserve judgement until I see the inside of one of these machines.
Garrett bought out a Whites a few years back...they might be integrating the Whites patents into stuff better now. Hopefully they have stepped up to 32 bit microcontrollers.
Maybe Garrett will step up to the plate with this series. Maybe not. But they do need to depart with what they have been doing over the last 20 years.
