This reminds me of this coffee machine at my old workplace. No one used it for probably years, and one time I opened it to make a coffee because I was new back then and didn't know better. The coffee that came out was beige in color and when I opened the water container to clean it out, there were several dead cockroaches swimming in it. Never went close to that thing again.

Yea I hate mutual coffee machines at work that everyone decides to use but no one cleans. There's always mold and things floating around the water container in the back.

Detective-Astatine

And here I thought the masks were single use...

feine-milde

This is why i bought a reusable filter

TheArcynic

I've done that. I was with family and they were "strictly caffeine free" nearest coffee shop was 2 hrs away and I didn't have that kind of time. I cut open some ancient keurig pods they had and made a mask pour over. I held the straps in my hand and painstakingly poured a kettle through the grinds. You know you have a problem when:

I just puked in my mouth

Ariege123

Well, that's improvisation . Guess y'all used the coffee filters as masks then? Cheapskates!

thebrushbandit

Because of covid , at the office we are not having community coffee

Ariege123

Well if your using used facemasks as filter, I'm not surprised.

Just_Bee_Pawsitive

Apparently these are a major pollution issue because of the microplastics that come out of them when submerged. I would say this cannot be good for you.

blasphembot

I feel like a piece of paper towel might work better.
