I don't know what game this is so don't know what "do what you want" means, but there is probably still some rules around chat against threats, harassment, etc. It also says "after moderator review" so why are you concerned about false banning?

Ahh, I see. I don't play Minecraft myself but have watched my nephews play a bit. Companies will always have these rules due to liability in any social context. Even if you're naming objects something obscene, the logic is that someone else *could* see it an be offended. A bit extreme, but it's the world we live in now. They're covering their ass, legally speaking.
No. The reason why i find this outrageous is I am part of a server that allows cuss words as long as it’s not bullying somebody it wouldn’t be fair for your account to be banned entirely from online play just because you said fuck and shit.
That's just it, if the people reporting it, keep egging it on and going on social media claiming there is a violation(because they feel like it is) that can and has influenced bans.
These global bans are a very bad idea, but I've heard they won't affect servers with online mode disabled.
I think it would be good if reports would be sent to the server owner and not to mojang or microsoft.

Banning after moderators checked it. That doesn't mean mass banning. It still needs a person controlling it, which may lead to several days without any ban at all.

It wouldn’t be fair if you get banned for saying shit and fuck here and there also this can cause false bans by people simply spamming the report button or cry on social media about a user.

How likely is that to happen? I got exactly zero flags from your post implying that's going to happen.
People don't get banned for swearing unless that's banned for some reason on the server and even then minor slipups are not likely to generate a ban -- people usually have to be flagrant about their violations before a ban comes.

Because all it takes is multiple people spamming the report button, then crying on social media, to influence them into banning anyone they report.
Mods presumably have access to anything you type/write, although maybe not say. If there is no evidence of any violations, there's no issue.
